New years at the border would be cool. Could even try and get a group discount on accommodation. I stayed at Calyspo recently right next to the border at Coolangatta and it would be a great place. I dont think Im heading on holidays over New Years so something close like this would be good.

Noone is having a go at you. Just that looking at the car we would all assume high boost, turbo wear, motor wear and the previous owner has gotten rid of it because of troubles. Hopefully those problems dont include engine rebuild etc.. The holes from the original spoiler are visible so thats one thing you will have to look at, if you want it looking smick.

Really look around for parts before buying anything just because one place wants 6k for something doesn't mean its not available for 3k elsewhere. Hope you haven't skimped to much on the GTR you picked and get it to the level your after.

Yeah Forged Pistons. On one of the HKS sites it mentioned the revised blade design for the GT-SS turbos. I need a couple precationary mods like a turbo timer though.

I moved to brisbane at the same time the car came down on the truck in May.

I ordered the parts on the 25th of August. I did get a great deal on the kit although some better communication skills wouldnt go astray. My first email said "When funds a cleared parts will be sent immediately" I also got no reply to questions in my emails. However I couldn't get the same prices in Australia for the gear I got and will be ordering from them again. I went and dropped the turbos to Autotech this arvo. Motor is looking pretty mean!! Shell is looking pretty dead I was told today that the car is one week from completion. Then 1,000km of running in and back for tuning.

Its lucky I haven't gone and bought another toy in the meantime. I was looking at road bikes. Getting the GTR back is like Christmas coming early

I was going to flog them off on nissansilvia.com. Did you want a pair of T28's? their not in great shape apparently. Were rebuilt and highflowed last year but the previous owner liked to play with boost which is why im in the current situation

Delivered in 5 working days. Order was made a month ago. Taking them to get fitted tomorrow and then motor put back into car. Can't wait. Car has been 4 months to get back on the road. Can't wait for it. Can finally make some cruises/events!!

Many of us aren't buying parts locally in Australia here even though they are on offer. Alot of places in Japan will ship worldwide and at a great price. You won't get the gear immediately though.
