Syd: Bride Replica With Rails R32

I'm selling my old bride replica seat with modified Recaro rails and slider to suit r32 ( and I assume r33). The seat appears to be a GIAS style which I suspect was from Just Jap. Seat is used but in reasonable condition, with some fading on the right hand side and a small tear on one cushion (easily reparable). $300 Located at Barden Ridge. Contact via pm or 0425606137

So I took them to Garage 88 the other day and after one of the guys checked it out, everything seemed legitimate. Comparing what I have to the Gias 2 Sport they have instore, the weight, flex (or lack of) and fabric quality all match up. I've got an old just jap copy at home and the difference is obvious, but as you said Aggroman these days some are near perfect copies. Outta curiousity what makes you say the top pic was fake? Also got some serial numbers which seemed right G1 0608049244, G2 0709125658

The pics show: Cushions side by side with Gias 2 (left) and Gias 1 (right) Cushion on the Gias 2, kinda balloons when pushed down from the side. Like the backing has come free from the foam Tag on the Gias 2 Tag on the Gias 1 The side of the adjuster for each has these very fine (almost invisible) holes with caps. Not sure if meant to be there or not considering its not the standard 3 'bolts' usually seen on fakes Lastly is the sort of angle on the writing of Bride on the Gias 1 (the Gias 2 seems pretty level). Not sure if this is just movement from age and wear. Disregard the colour as its due to the camera

Hi all, Does anyone around Sydney (preferably Menai/Sutherland) have a genuine Bride recliner in their car that I could check out in the next day or two. I'm looking at buying a set from someone but he wasnt 100% certain whether they are real or not. I have the seats at the moment so I can do a side by side comparison. The 2 seats are a Gias Sport (looks 99% apart from a bit of a lean in the Bride writing - not sure if just movement from wear) and a Gias 2 Sport (suspect this one is fake due to stitch quality, foam and the tag). I plan on going to Garage88 in the next day or two to compare with what they have, but figured it'd be good to ask people here first. I'll post some pics when I get a chance. Cheers

After doing a clean up realized how many bits and pieces I have lying around so time to fund my trip to the snow (or more car stuff). GTR parts: Stock air box, no snorkel - $100 Original tape deck, working when removed recently - $50 Dash, NO BUBBLES, great condition, no side and centre vents - $150 Gtst parts: 3inch stainless bellmouth front/dump pipe with oxygen sensor to suit 32/33 turbo. Used 1 year couple of scrapes on the bottom, not a cheap knock off - $150 Complete drivers door incl trim - $50 Front seats with rails - $50 Rear bar and REO bar, couple of scratches but not damage or cracks - $50 Boot and spoiler, separated with plugs in the boot lid, good condition minor scratches - $60 Speedo cable - $20 Climate control, no plastic cover - $20 4x25mm wheel spacers, 5 stud - $60 Stock springs x4 - $20 Fog lights - $50 FYI for and panels are all gun metal grey Priced to go. Just a follow up, I got this job done by GOD12A (Mark) from here. Whilst there is still a bit of shuffle sometimes (I'm going to put it down to the fact I'm running highflowed turbos), still a definite improvement on what it was before. Quick, great work and affordable. Would definitely recommend getting it done.
