  1. i have a few odds and ends for sale - rb26 block standard bore nothing wrong at all with it - rb 26 block with a small hair line crack with a bore size of 86.5 - standard cam gears - standard dump pipes - a r32 gtr front sump and diff, diff is in good working order but the sump is no good as we tried to weld it and it has cracked but the diff is a ok $1000 o.n.o for the whole lot - also have a set of blitz 660cc injectors in good workin order only reson removed was to put bigger ones in $500 o.n.o for them located in traralgon but will deliver to melbourne if i get the right price 0408509378 photo of the crack cant really see it

  5. just wondering everyones thoughts on the standard r32 gtr oil pressure gauges and if they are reliable because i reckon mine is shit.

  9. considering you can see it droppin from the turbos and the whole rest of the engine is dry. yes i am very sure it is comin from the turbos
  10. when we pulled the turbos of the car the were fine and hadnt been leaking oil. They have been sitting in a sealed box for about two months why the motor was bein built. and yeah when we put them back on they have devoleped a leak. but also when we pulled them out of the box the had been sitting in there was oil everywhere in there so would i be correct in saying and hoping that just new seals and no major expense
  11. so would it be possible i just need new cartridges or it may just be seals gone or something all info appreciated
  12. the oil looks to be coming from the back of the inlet housing
  13. finally got all my engine back together today after the big rebuild (rb26dett). didnt think anything of it when the turbos (2860-5's) had been sitting it had oil leaking out of them and we just assumed it was because they had been sitting for so long. but when we took it for a drive today just blew a shit load of smoke. and now they are both leaking oil. not happy

  17. just wondering if anyone else has fitted a new gates timing belt to a rb26dett and found that it is noisey? any help would be appreciated thanks

  19. so do you need a catch can then for track use or is it just personal preferance
  20. just in the last couple of stages of putting my engine back together. and wondering why i need a catch can? it is a rb26 running 2560 -5s, cp pistons, eagle rods, acl bearings 700 injectors and looking at runnning about between 22 and 24 psi. so any info or advice or a good answer to why i need a catch can and not run it all the standard way
