    <br /><br />Your in luck I have a magnetic snapon tool used for removing the collets.I used it when I was changing the stem seals makes it easy.<br /><br />Also with the nitto head drain have you tapped it into the Welsh plug or removed it completely. Are you locating the drain pipe to the exhaust side of the sump or intake side.? Did you also put the restrictor on the block.

    $2000 range. Compliance is a joke they change like two or three things and charge you heaps.

    mine took about two weeks get yourself a permit btw. NSW,ACT.I picked up mine from Melbourne so i didnt know i had to get a permit for NSW,VIC and ACT. Driving back got pulled over in NSW and they were meant to give me a $1200 fine but they let me go. Save yourself the hussle and get all permits.

    Not Excatly easy gotta remove a number of things to get to them. Can do it one day. cylinder head off job. Or cheap out and use a compressor to shut the valves.Not sure if you can reuse the blue gates timing belts again. Less than 20000kms since last change but I probably buy another. So it's just the valve seals,cam seals and timing belt.

    Yep sounds like my signature these days stem seals are gonesky. Thought it was running rich but my tuner verified it would be black smoke not blueish white smoke seems to happen on decel and start up so definitely sounds like a stem seal.

    <br /><br />Pirtek in Fushwick or Industrial Supplies in Fushwick opposite shell. To get it welded I would do it for you just have to find time to sneak into my uni workshops otherwise if your in a rush Natrad (Phillip) can tig weld.

    So if one is to block one of the the oil and put a restricter on the other. Has anyone experienced more wear on the cam journals,lifters etc.<br /><br />Also the head drain mod. that is to drain oil correct? Not used as a blowby oil pressure relief system. With oil back up to the head through the drain hasn't anyone used a one way valve to stop oil from the sump being pumped into the cylinder head

    anyone know if the flywheels are the same for all RB25 engines. Reason asking is that im doing a clutch change and wont have time to get the flywheel currently on the car machined on time to install it same day.

    so just to be clear r33gtst flywheel is the same as r34gtt flywheel.?

    Yh the top half is good but the bottom half is kaput, has a cracked piece.

    Practiced changing the valve stem seals on the RB30. Seemed like an easy task to do except a lot of things will have to be removed to get to them on the Neo.
