  1. arghhhh i really hate this. I have been waiting for the Haltech pugin for the GTT they told me six months gave up and bought a Vipec now there it is lol.
  2. Just finished painting my bumper first time. Just needed to use a finer gritt sander because its not a smoother finish otherwise no runs will definitely do it again.
  3. Mine was doing this a lot when i had the stock plugs. I changed to 0.8mm I had to anyway running higher boost and the pop went away. It occurs seldom now. As for power depending on what ECU you get. ECU (try getting a stand alone with more control Adaptronic,Link,Vipec, Haltech etc piggy back do not have as much control as you do with these. AFM (you might be restricted up to 250kw, AFM goes out of resolution you can still tune it beyond though. (MAP and IAT sensor) if you dont want AFM. Turbo (Cant go past Hypergear do some research for what suits you, smallest sized turbo that can produce what yo want) check out RB25 TURBO UPGRADE DYNO RESULTS in Forced Indution Fuel pump (Nismo,Tomei pretty much plug took me 20mins. Walbro 500hp etc) Injectors ( you will also need to consider if you will use E85, if so project how much power you need and use this calculator (http://www.injectordynamics.com/HPCalculator.html) (IDxxx, Xspurts, Deautshwerks) or ASNU (what im using ) Clutch (Your wallet will do the talking) NPC is very cheap and does good shit otherwise exedy or some other spec. Coilpacks (Yellow Jacket, Splitfires) Depending on your temps you might need a new radiator the GTT radiators are very small. Change to a forward facing plenum(you can relocate traction control) Also you should do some geometry work. Might be able to put down the power better and enjoy the car. Changing headgasket might be ideal but a lot have done it without but i would if i had the coin. Making power inst hard but making reliable power is where the issue is.
  4. I was quite desperate i managed to use my ratchet and a 10mm socket and it worked a treat. Do you have a 3/8 npt tap? and the drillbit?
  5. anyone here have a tap and die set. I just need the handle used to turn the tahe. And the lube. was going to buy but its not really worth buying for a once off use.
  6. ahhhhhhh SUPER LAPS its a good offset for GTT and GTS-t also
  7. Still forsale? You selling the rear calipers?
  8. why do people ditch turbo timers these days. i realised they have been associated with the fag hectic factor but thats not what they were made for. I reckon they keep your turbo well specially if your in a rush.
  9. yh i thought its for expelling dust build up through the centripetal force so the veins move in a cutting blade anticlockwise manner. Hes probaly fixed it anyway any updates?
  10. Wow selling Rotas for Koyas just order a better offset Koya because they're made in a better ways compared to Rota. Unless if your after the six spoke design. Your local tyre shop will have koyas
  11. i have seen a few heads going by for less than $500 at most. You can even get a NEO head for $400 Gumtree fully ported and polished.
  12. Test your spark plugs or maybe coilpack loom Matt was having the same problem or close and it was solved by buying another loom

  15. This car should not be driven. It should be stored in a garage that is cleaner than a laboratory
  16. anyone here have a lathe or drillpress. Just need to make some injectors spacers 50mm long.
  17. i reckon 6266 but no the engine is forged so 6466
  18. Have you seen SS8_Gohan's thread about flex fueling. He has a link plugin on his 34 might be slightly different with GTRs. Also I talked to Unigroup engineering and they said its possible to be a true flex fuel. Might just be a lil trick your tuner needs to learn to get it going. I hope thats not the same case with my VIPEC. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/366722-e8598-flex-fuel-mission-complete-thanks-to-chequered-tuning/
  19. so problem will be solved by getting proper sized rods
