  1. nah i live in the dirty south. Pretty sure i still remember where you live haha. Been stalking you lately
  2. it could also be the issue you had with the sealant fr the TB somehow not opening up to let air in. Because you said it started then stalled could be the TB is stuck on the close position. Try starting with your foot down to the pedal a little just enough to open it.
  3. dude i can come around with my battery and we can test it out or if that doesnt work atleast two minds will be better than one especially when your almost freaking out you might not be thinking straight could be a very small problem.
  4. Received a few goodies for my my fuel system and got to work straight away. Making the fuel lines was not as challenging as i thought it would be with all the fraying wires. Manged just to use a grider with a cut off wheel to make clean cuts. Also where you see the 180 bend, thats where ill b placing my fuel cooler once it arrives. Hopefully soon and the bend will be reused for the new fuel rail and injectors. I need to find better ways of linking the stock hard lines to the teflon without using a clamp. Im currently using the Quick Connect 3/8" to 6AN. They not leaking or anything but they dont seem like a good fit for prolonged use. They're a snug fit on the flex fuel sensor but for some reason dont feel as snug on the hard fuel line coming from FPR.
  5. what material are the seats Matt. Ive been hunting for GTR seats but they're so rare. p.s do they actually catch you around corners.
  6. wont be any crazy number im setting up all the supporting mods before changing the stock turbo. Was thinking of getting a Hi flow for the meantime, but its doesn't make sense just getting it installed only for a few months. But if i see a really cheap one, wont hesitate to grab it. I had two,got one from a wrecked 33 with a Neo. Then i won another on ebay, so i sold one. Both were so cheap and in good condition. I did send them off to Link so that they could do a diagnostics test to make sure they were not chucking a fit and they were good.
  7. Its free too. Just made up my own crazy map and tried it. It works great just need to play arond with it till i get an RPM gauge like yours
  8. Sorry it has been sold. If it falls through ill let you know
  9. so with the racechrono which one exactly did you get its kind of confusing on the site to which one does what a little assistance please. Or do you know of anything else that can display track and Speedo at the same time. I'm sure other people would be keen in knowing this too.
  10. Which HTA do you have btw.
  11. Old mate Mik once said "if you build it, then its your car"
  12. Ed said he would tune E10,E20,30...up to E90 and 98. Should be taking it for a tune in the next coming weeks. Just have to install the injectors but im still waiting on a rail that will fit 14mm injectors and also fit under the stock plenum. So far Plazmaman fuel rail seems like it has a chance of fitting under there. Also have to find out the correct diameter o-rings for the injector on the intake manifold. Will update you.
  13. Lol. I started the car 40mins ago to set the gasket sealant and voila you come up with an idea i never thought of. My next turbo change will be a topmount if the permalock i put on these doesn't come out ill just rip it all out with the manifold hehe.
  14. spotted a silver 33GTR oposite Jacxquickfit in tuggers
  15. Ive heard about molybdenum grease sticking the same way as the seals. Not sure where I last saw it though. Ill find out
  16. i think its a drag car i looked inside the interior and it has those 3 gear drag thingys lol
  17. Senora Kasko i think I would be interested in some too. will be changing my plenum soonish. how much did you get?
  18. Hey man, I got them done by mobile fabrications. If you can sand blast them yourself it will be $40 per wheel but they can do the blasting plus painting for $88. From the results they did on mine i think they know their shit. They even had experience with forged wheels because you could wreck them if overheated. Im getting my Tune done by Autotech. But have also been considering taking it to ultimate tunes. ESP said Vipecs cannot do flex tune (it was a diplomatic way off saying he cant do it). Im learning towards Autotech because he has some extensive experience with Skylines. Depends what you have also and the quality of work your after.
  19. EOI: Contemplating selling a Vipec ECU for the R34GTT. Already has a base map for previous tune. Looking to go to other ECU platforms if it sells but if it doesn't will still use it on my car. Comes inside a Stock ECU box so that you get the stealth look for EPA. It has the ability to run flex fuel setup and has a few additions digital channels which can be used for other things. Willing to part with it for $1300 0417764194 location Canberra
  20. Hanaldo always to the rescue, thanks.I managed to remove the bottom ones by going underneath. I noticed whoever owned it before didnt do them up properly, the metal tabs where the only thing holding them from getting undone
  21. been trying to remove the turbo so that i can put on new gasket to stop the scream while on boost. The worst part about this is taking out the lower nuts. Its one b*tch of a job. Anyone have any ideas or techniques of how to remove it. Was thinking of grinding off a bit of the spanner for it to fit in. I would like to know how the japs fitted it in the factory because just putting on the cement on the leak was a challenging task Also if i did remove the oil and water lines on the turbo. Does that mean that I have to bleed the coolant system again and probably do an oil change too. Im contemplating doing this, or trying to fit the gasket without removing the hard lines.
  22. how did you get it to display the speedo and map. Thats quite useful for monitoring progress on some bends.
