Nah man it shouldn't eat through your lines that would be if your probably left it for a long time without use,just have to empty the tank run 98 and leave it. The only thing that ive found is that you need to get supporting mods that can handle the alcohol content otherwise you shouldn't have any problems with the fuel line, that's probably the least of your problems. I'd be more worried about the consistency of your fuel because it could throw out your tune and depending on how aggressive the tune was it could go pop. Hey with the Hicas bar on R34 is it as important as with 33 ans 32s because i thought 34s have the electronic Hicas unlike the Hydraulic ones that eventually break.Shed some light on me if im in the dark.

If you have lined them up and turned it twice yes you can start the car. If you have a normal belt i dont see why you want to start the car unless if you have a Gates timing belt and you want to hear if it whirrrs. To instruct you safetly line them up all of them, tension it then turn it twice. Plus if you want to start it you need to have the CAS back in or else you might screw up your tune. if im wrong may someone correct me but this is the procedure ive done.
