All Japanese Day is on again on the 17th of June 2012, it will be the biggest display day yet, Last February's All Classic Japanese Day had over 200 cars displayed on the day (mostly pre 1985 cars) in over 35 degree heat. This years All Japanese Day will see over 350 Japanese Cars from all years and manufactures there on the day, This is the premier Japanese Car display day in Queensland, if not Australia or the southern hemisphere. ***** FREE ENTRY FOR DISPLY CARS AND SPECTATORS ***** Earnshaw State College Earnshaw Road Banyo Display car entry from 7.30am spectators from 9.00am Gold coin donation on entry appreciated but not mandatory. The usual trade displays and Food and Drink stalls and the all important good mobile coffee vendor The police were there in (hidden force) at the Feb show and nailed a few idiots behaving badly,so i am sure they will around again. I have attached the entry form and the mini poster Cheers Dave ALL JAP Entry 12.doc

Hi Stagea<3 i have attached the basic entry form (thats if i did it corectly) the organisers get you to fill one of these out on the day, so you can either get one there on the day or print this one out and fill it out before hand , it just saves a bit of time. Also Hattori dont worry it is a car show just a casual one with only a couple of trophies awarded. There will be some very serious show cars on display.,and watch out for police they will be on the streets in hidden presence. Cheers ALL JAP Entry 11 (3).doc

Hi Hattori, re the cruise before hand, it would have to be really early as it is hoped cars are parked up by 9.00a.m, The cars on display dont have to be full show cars, there are not huge show trophies with loads of classes etc given out on the day (thats not the idea of this show) its more a case of the more the merrier, so come on out and park up with all the other enthusiasts and there great Japaneses cars from all years and manufactuers. It is a great day to check out what others are doing, and a great place to get ideas and info on where to get parts and other bits etc from (its not a swap meet and definatly no swords ) Hope to see you there

Hi Green s13 Each sprint group should get 2 15 to 20 miniute practice sessions in the morning and 3 approximate 5 lap sprints in the afternoon this should consist of 1 warm up lap comming out from the pits then approx 5 flying laps and then a slow down 3/4 lap back to the pits. obviously depending on weather and off's Cheers Dave

Hi Nee-san, The only way you can take passengers around is to do the Breakfast LapZ and the passengers all need to pay the $20.00 for the Breaky, i think it is something to do with QR needing you to sign your life away regarding insurance No passengers for the Sprints I hope this has helped Cheers

Our 3 blocks of 60 cars are now fully subscribed but there are still spots available thru Track Attack http://www.trackattack.com.au/2010/index.php?option=com_dtregister&Itemid=190 it would be great to see a few of you guys in your Skylines running around on the same day or even coming out for a cruise to the track, more info on our website in the next few days Cheers Dave LapZ at the Lake 2010 Sunday - October 17th 2010 *** 40 Z's and ZX's and a further 20+Japanese Cars will be competing*** Z Car Club Queensland Club Day Out Bring your Club Car along for the day and watch our club Zeds and others Sprint around Lakeside Raceway FREE ENTRY for all SPECTATORS That's FREE ENTRY!!! This year will see the inaugural running of "LapZ at the Lake". It has already attracted a massive amount of interest from our members and their friends just through word of mouth. In short, the club is attending a sprint series session at Lakeside Raceway, on Brisbane's northside, on Sunday the 17th of October and we want YOU to come along and watch our fellow club members sprint around on undoubtedly one of the best racing tracks in Australia. You will not be disappointed. If your club would like to organise a club run to the event please come along for the day We are also going to have a special area for a static display of cars, inside the track. Please check the ZCCQ website for more information and the area to park http://www.zcarclubq.org.au "If anyone who would like to compete on the 17th of October The LapZ event run by the ZCCQ is now fully subscribed, but if anyone else is interested Track Attack http://www.trackattack.com.au/2010/index.php?option=com_dtregister&Itemid=190 still has spots available for $190.00 and it would be fantastic to see some Skylines sprinting around one of the best circuits in Australia on the same day as the Z's and ZX's. Apparently the weekend after Bathurst is one of the most popular sprints of the year, and ZCCQ already have 60 of the 100 spots filled, so if anyone is interested they would not want to stuff around."
