  3. They did not come out in every nismo gtr, only some. These were removed from a genuine nismo gtr 32. If you do some googling I'm sure there would be some info around the net somewhere on them

  5. Just an update and old topic bump. I am now running a crank trigger and also still the 24-1 cas disc. We eliminated what appeared to be jitter, which was happening mainly randomly down lower rpms, and not even under load. Now we are basically getting alot of miss (or jitter) on ramp up or mid-higher rpm. Which could possibly be an igniton miss of some sort, or possibly even picking up intereference. It only does it under load, and wont neccesarily do it every time. We will be spending some time on it soon when get a chance, going to set up the data logging, and also eliminate possible causes. Im also keeping in mind im still running the blue gates belt, so may even change that. Thinking possibly look into a hks/nismo or even back to a standard. So will keep you guys posted.

  7. Hey guys, I've got some r32 genuine nismo front seats. Basically come out in the nismo r32 gtr ( and apparently in the 400r?) , have the red outer stitching, the darker inserts and the 'nismo' embroided on the head rest. Haven't seen too many of these around. They have been used obviously, and could do with a good clean. There's a small tear on one of the boulsters on one, and the insert on the bottom of the other one starting to fray due to wear. Looking for $600, pick them up rochedale area.   9. okay cool,some really good feedback thanks guys. seems everyone mostly runs the twin 044's. no one here ran an aeromotive inline yet? yeah when its ready it will able to run some decent power, depends how hard i want to push it, but it will defintely be over 350kw without stretching limits.Ive allready got my lines setup at the rail, got them feeding both ends and returning from the middle. I like the looks of that fuel cooler! good thinking, might look into one of those.
  10. Hey guys What fuel pump(s) do you guys run? More in the way of performance and upgraded setups.. Ill be looking at doing my fuel pump setup in the near future, and thought I'd get some feedback on what everyone has used,good/bad etc Ill be running new lines from tank to the engine, and a surge tank. As for pumps, originally was thinking of leaving the walbro as a intank feed pump, up to x2 044 bosch externals pumps. But also think i will look into possibly running one big high flow external pump instead of the 044's Thoughts, feedback, opinions.
  11. im currently doing the swap, my old alternator wasnt up to the job, couldnt even get it above 13while running, dont think the ignition system, ecu and twin thermos help, let alone the relocated battery might of played its part also. will let you guys know how it goes after the swap

  14. im running an ATI balancer, but also my engine is in a silvia not a skyline, so theres about 10mm or so clearance from the front of some of the pulleys and the radiator. so i dont really have alot of room down there.
  15. interesting read. we have just been running in my built rb26. and we were aware of the scatter issues then happen with some of the engines, espically with bigger cams. We decided to see how it goes before looking at crank triggering, as i dont have much rom down the front, so probably not an option. So after awhile the scatter has appeared, but its generally only down low-mid on lighter throttle, havent seen in up high rpm yet. we are running 272's with up around the 11mm lift (dont have spec sheet with me atm for accuarte lift specs) we replaced the cas with a rb25 one just to test it, it helped alittle bit, still does it but not quite as often or as bad. My tuner came up with the idea of laser cutting new counter disc for the cas , which he had done for a car years ago to make it work on a setup. We founnd out that AEM make a 24 counter disc, so we are going to install that and see if it fixes the issue. I read on here about the gates belt being a possibly contributer also. We are running the blue gates belt and also i stabilizer bar on the tensioners to eliminate any flex at rpm. I will keep you guys updated with feedback on how we go. the CAS is still the original one, considered possibly buying a new one too.
  16. Hey guys, I'm trying to find info on the rb20 resistor pack. I just picked one up. I know the rb26's have a resistor pack for the low impedance injectors. As far as I'm aware the rb20's run high impedance. So why would they need a resistor pack? And also the 26 one has one power in and 6 out. Where as this one is only a two wire plug. Basically my plan was to wire it in to my ute, 4cyl turbo, running low impedance injectors atm with out resistors. It works no worries, but i know I should have resistors in there. So any info would be much appreciated thanks
