  1. yeah i have the stock resistor pack in the old loom, so hopefully i can just wire that in instead of making a new resistor block
  2. Oh yeah, the injectors are grouped, 1-6, 2-5 and 3-4. So will look into it tomorrow, we might have to do individual resistors
  3. okay thanks Yeah im running a g4 LINK ecu, they will require the resistors. yeah we ran a meter across the injectors to check the impedance. Thanks Dan, i actually had my oil pump fitted with the new billet gear by you guys, and bought some oil restrictors from you about a year ago
  4. hey guys Okay so looking for abit of feedback and advice on this one. (rb26 from r32) So the rb26 standard runs 440/444cc low impedance injectors with a standard resistor box inline. On my setup/build I have installed/upgraded the injectors and rail, and am now running 1000cc low impedance injectors, and also full wire in aftermarket ecu. so we arent using any of the standard wiring to the engine itself obviously, So what im wondering, is it possible to just wire in and use the old resistor box for the new setup? And if not why is this so. Or shall i need to install aftermarket resistors and calculate to accomadate the feed? I am aware that some aftermarket stand alone ecu's have the option built in to switch for low/high impedance, but in this case what im using doesnt. I figure it would be alot cheaper, quicker easier to wire in the old box, then to make sa resister panal up and mount it, (preferably in cabin away from the heat. thanks
  5. hey guys chasing the cover plate that goes between gearbox and motor, to protect from debris. either rb25 or 26 one thanks dave 0411647732
  6. Update still have: -rb26 standard pistons(5 out of 6 good) -rb26 standard rods -rb26 fuel rail - rb26 cams -rb26 coil packs -rb26 ignitor box -rb26 standard dump pipe X1 -rb26 exhaust manifolds -rb26 new crankshaft seal -rb26 cam gears might even have oil squirters too
  7. timing belt sold
  8. twin turbo pipe sold
  9. Update still have: -rb26 standard pistons(5 out of 6 good) -rb26 standard rods -rb26 fuel rail - rb26 cams -rb26 coil packs -rb26 ignitor box -gates timing belt used for less than 1000k's before engine detonated -standard intake pipework(twin turbo pipe etc) -rb26 standard dump pipe X1 -rb26 exhaust manifolds -rb26 new crankshaft seal -rb26 cam gears might even have oil squirters too
  10. hey guys i bought this for my engine, but didnt end up using it, decided to go a diffrent way. I bought this from karl (tufrx3), who had it made it up, which is awesome for getting rid of that excess oil in the head, which is a common problem. its a dash 10 size unused i paid $25 plus postage ($8.80) which is very cheap considering its a custom made fitting. so just after same money. if anyones keen contact me dave 0411647732
  11. howd u go mate, they arrive yet?
  12. hey guys im chasing the clips or spring that hold the shifter in the rb25 box. dave 0411647732 in qld but will pay postage if need be
  13. yeah bud i have 2 here u can have them both if u want, say $25 posted?
  14. oh forgot i still have standard rb26 exhaust manifolds also, and standard balancer
  15. im after the spring/clips that hold shifter in gearbox,(25 gearbox) and also backing plate goes between engine and gearbox for rb26 or 25 in brisbane preferably but willing to pay post dave 0411647732
  16. yeah ill have used ones around but not a new one? pm me if thats any help to you
  17. hey ill have a look around tomorrow i should have 2 stashed around here somewhere, as i put 4 out of 6 in my ute. ill let u know if find them
  18. still have: -rb26 standard pistons(5 out of 6 good) -rb26 standard rods -rb26 fuel rail - rb26 cams -rb26 ecu -rb26 coil packs -rb26 ignitor box -greddy new magnetic sump plug -gates timing belt used for less than 1000k's before engine detonated -standard intake pipework(twin turbo pipe etc) -rb26 standard dump pipe X1
  19. Yeah your setup explanation was very helpful, I had my oil feed line made by pirtek also. Much appreciated!

  21. hopefully its understandable and not too confusing, but hope this helps anyone else in future too. thanks for the guide and info, much appreciated. made it much easier. the lines still need to be tied down in places yet, and also the manifold is not permanantly on yet. but you get the idea anyway
  22. ill post some pics up tomorrow for what i ended up doing for water and oil lines
