Lol is this a stab in the dark? As that information is also inaccurate. Twinscroll generally makes more midrange and less topend vs openscroll.

if that is directed at me, rb26 use 2 separate turbos so its obviously going to use 2 'isolated waste gates'

didnt say it was useless, just twin gates are not needed.

I wouldn't bother with a dual gate twin-scroll setup on a straight 6 as its not a true twin-scroll anyway . This is just my opinion, each to their own but i don't think its worth the cost of the second gate compared to a 4cyl setup where both paths are kept completely seperate.
