Resigned R32

Its a 1993 Rb20DET silver top I had 3 inch exhaust system and pod everything else was stock far as i know. Is this safe to be running that amount of psi and power with a stock RB20, also is it spiking cus it goes from like 12.5psi to 10psi why is that i really need help as i dont know about this stuff other engine stuff is easy please any help would be great cheers. lol kinda ironic if its that bad u could use a mobile dent and scratch repairer they dont charge too much
