is there a significant difference? other than the turbo compressor uses a different compressor wheel, ecu, a/f sensor etc. as i'm only using the car for 2yrs

Hi guys, I'm new here and new to buying a car in SA. Am looking to buy a R33 GTS-T. Any recommendations on what I should look out for? is a 1994 model with 160,000km a good buy? Would it be better if I get a RAA mechanic to check the car before I commit to the deal? Am new to skylines so any help would be greatly appreciated!
