You can have neons, the colors aren't allowed to be blue or red, and you are not allowed to see the globe(or the physical light source) Hid's are not allowed because you are tampering with a ADR approved head light, and you are not allowed hid fogs, because to pass ADR they need to have jets to clean them Hence not ADR approved fogs

Any globe fitted to the car other than ADR approved fog lights are legal, as long as the direct light isn't visible(ie you aren't allowed to be able to see the globe
