Yeh if sales managers at merc were to do that and the debt failed they would most definitely be caught. The failed files get pulled apart to pin point whethe its a genuine fail of the debtor or whether it's maladministration.. Maladministration is pretty serious here

lol it was quite a laugh. i went to go verify our car and send a tow to pick it up. he saw me from the window, and i saw him looking. refused to open the door. got back to work, and theres a whole bunch of missed calls saying yep ill pay ill pay ill pay dont take my car lol
