I had a nice argument with one of their mechanics because after removing a close friends bumper, he didn't screw it back on the bumped flew off the car while driving back. This friend also paid for gaskets to be changed and found only one was changed and the car was given back to him making more random noises than it did before. Yes this was a 32 gtr. And no he didn't even want to consider looking at it again to prove things had been changed.
