i dont get what you mean.. after a year of employment im pretty sure the car is work in as part of your package including fuel insurance rego servicing(which it doesnt need) and at 7000km on the car you notify fleet and they organise you a brand new one for just before 8000km. but it all depends on if your level 5 and higher.. 6/7 only get a lease If I have to pay for the car as part of employee lease(which im hoping i dont have to) apparently the lease amount is claimed back through tax(well for me anyway because I travel in the car for work) im not 100% sure though because its still 10 or so months away
