    Yeh pretty much. It's in the centre of the city on spencer street. Studio apartment. Investment, when no one uses the parking spot I just use it. It's down the road from my work lol

    Nah I thought the hotel might, depends if it's their carpark or not They aren't rented rooms they are purchased so I guess they can't really do anything. I paid $60,000 extra for a parking space so its the owners not the hotels
