  1. the option aero wing would be a good addition. was thinking of stealing scotts, but i think he'll notice lol
  2. lol no babies here. and wont happen for a while! i bought the stag for audio, but if i think of starting a family, im already set for a car! lol. have fun with the new bub mate! all the best
  3. which is why i took em off. lol
  4. i know what you mean with black, i almost dont want to drive it after washing it. I wouldnt do DRL's, i tried with the LED strips under the lights. looked ok, until i started seeing them on commodores etc. took em straight off
  5. hey i remember someone having bucket seats in an M35, cant remember who.. anyone?
  6. fkn NICE! lol at the zip ties
  7. yeh but small useless things. usually with ones its standard facias like ours are of decent quality, ours is clarion im pretty sure, which do have good amps... its just convenient, plus i cbf going through the sale process.. 360 is a 31 band eq for each speaker in the car, plugs into the back of the standard headunit (with some chopping and soldering) and is completely controlled via laptop by blutooth. i installed one in an accord once. always wanted one since. i made mid range speakers sound better than their top end, i could only imagine what the top end stuff wouldve sounded like... i drool over shit like this lol http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?item_id=117203&locale=en_US
  8. I wouldnt, they dont do anything noticable. just fill up with 98ron "premium" you'll be fine. im sure theres a thread about it, perhaps search may help..
  9. your speaker quality wont be as good as standard, may sound alright.. but theres standard amps in the sound system, whether they are external or internal to the head unit, I wouldnt know. scott has the 2 din head unit, and he says that he hasnt heard his speakers sound like mine. it will sound fine still, but i think the standard head unit will sound better...that being said, i think im keeping the car now, so i will start tackling audio in the hearse. thinking of focal speakers some amps 4 sub's some more amps, and rockford i360. fk yeh
  10. you will loose quality if you dont upgrade WITH Amps. my thought anyway. my cd player doesnt work well either, i ended up getting the ipod connection kit and it works fine. all the speakers lol. my opinion, it was the best $150 i spent. used every time i drive.
  11. theyd look good on an ARX with the extra width compensating for the rub guards crrraaaaaiiig
  12. yeh but the overall thickness of the sidewall is thinner so it makes sense.
  13. whack it with a wooden stick lol its always worked for me
  14. based on the fact that the sidewall will physically stretch, and that rubber is softer that the steel belts, your right. makes sense now. if it was all rubber, physics simply wouldnt allow it.
  15. ahhhh lol but thats why the rolling diameter DOES change! i give up. you win by default lol
  16. i think i know what your trying to get at with the amount of rubber being the same around the circumference. and it does make sense. but unfortunately rubber works differently. you are actually subracting from the circle(circumference) by adding a wider wheel, back to hypotenuse, for a wider wheel to = the same rolling circumference as thinner wheel, there has to be a larger hypotenuse(wall). the only way that can happen with the same spec tires, is by physically stretching the rubber material in the wall, which would make it go from a 45 -> 47 theoretically. I think mythbusters is needed lol
  17. something still isnt right about it. if you were to measure the side wall between the two (stretched/not so stretched) the wall length would HAVE to be different for the rolling circumference to change. you can see that in the image. which means that instead of being 195/45, it may be 195/47(for argument sake) im pretty sure the rubber wont physically stretch to meet the exact circumference. you may be very right. just doesnt make sense to me. lol not strange that your right. strange by the law of physics. it simply doesnt agree with the pythagoras theorem which actually can be used. the hypotenuse would actually be larger with the larger width wheel, for the circumference to be exactly the same.
  18. how else would you change the angle of the wall? oh wider wheel - yeh according to the sight iains right which is strange lol

  20. how right you are!
