  1. your sort of right, but you have names mixed up. MB Quart - old stuff, hand made in germany. blue prints where then sold to German Maestro. MBQuart company was then taken over by china, and went to shit. MBQuart older stuff is really good, newer stuff is poor. German Mestro are using the original mbquart bluprint(the good ones) and are producing them. which are good. there was never a bad German Maestro. but you will find some people with biased opinions as there are different brands that are preffered by different people. the entry level GM stuff i think may get their parts from china. but why would you want entry level /csb
  2. yeh i got rid of them eventually. its hard to find sellers for speakers as everyone is usually customed to their own brands. I dont think German Maestro is a well known brand, but those who know it, know they are one of the best brands out there. all about upselling lol
  3. lol thats not what the cop told me(but when are they ever right)/
  4. i didnt think it was illegal to have coilovers anyway. unless you have the electronic damber control, or am i wrong?
  5. standard has splits. i even went to the extent of buying new speakers, but just never bothered as i was never unhappy with the stock ones.
  6. i was saying the one without the double din insert is actually a pretty good system. ? lol i confuse.
  7. you couldve just quoted it for him. lol
  8. thats cool. the entry level German Maestro's are insane for what you pay for em. theyre probably all up $150.00 more than the kenwood mid range, but sound as good as their top range stuff - and they dont sound too bad without amps either. as iain said also the Jaycar stuff isnt all that bad - cheap/effective/40-50w which can be run of the standard head unit or any aftermarket without the need for an amp! I think its just me, but if you have the "gay" facia that isnt 2din, and the panasonic blue door speakers, i wouldnt change them. anything without an amp aftermarket wont sound any good - unless you upgrade to the bose factory system. stock speakers are actually really good!
  9. alvin how come you cant bring yours?
  10. also, If anyone wants Language conversions done on this day, could you please PM me.
  11. thats true. mine is just above the line while the car is hot and on, with the trans cooler. i havnt had any problems, but yeh i can see what you mean.
  12. no signing up man. as long as you own a stagea, and bring it! lol good work with the bells
  13. not going against what your saying, but ive been tod by ALOT of trans auto joints that its not bad to overfill by a little, and that a lot of trans joints actually overfill
  14. you dont read do you. they are comparing their figures to eachother, no one gives a shit about whether its tractive effort, or engine torque. they are COMPARING the figures that the dyno spat out
  15. Hey just letting you all know, that im doing all the Vic language conversions for V35's now

  17. lol i wouldve thought having 3 gauges in that space would be abit hard
  18. nice! howd you go with the gauge mount
  19. its probably a leak in the piping after your turbo. boost leak. check all of your IC piping... a loose clamp will do it
  20. hey mate, yeh they are 6" splits on the front and 6" co-axle on the rear. the stock speakers have a narrow back so you'll need spacers made up to fit new ones, that and the screw holes dont line up. plus it would be easier to find 6.5" splits as a sound engineer - I personally hate the sound of kenwood speakers. ide be looking more into the German Maestro or Focal stuff. the type R's seem to suffice aswell..
  21. nice work craig!
  22. wanna buy mine ???
  23. nah im on e85
