    chances are if the bank resolves it, the "dodgey bastard" will still get away with it.. funds will just be reimbursed by the bank itself. it sucks i know but at least the OP is no longer out of pocket

    did you re tighten them after it was warm? steel expands bud so things loosen themselves. also ECU could sound right as when high in the revs you will get an injection pulse when you release the accelerator. i think its to cool down pistons or something but i know it does it

    not really a time frame. with internal bank disputes you have 60 days to make the claim. any disputes lodged after that will be declined. we have people making complaints through FOS for situations that have happened years ago, but keep in mind, those situations are generally large ones.. yeh good. mate PM Me i'll try and give you some help..
