i pretty much agree with this except for highlighted, but maybe if it makes you feel abit safer, turbo's been out 3 times now and hadnt once removed it.. no problems.
as for the banjo, its i think .8mm and is likely to get blocked, which is what i believe the cause of blowing the turbo..
mines drilled out to 2.5mm -3mm.. which is ideal..
and to cam and craig
to add to the WD40 part, it helps alot. also another trick is to allow everything to be cold, as in do it in the morning when the car hasnt been driven later than the previous night..
helps when undoing bolts and not snapping them!
also reccomend changing the studs anyway.. they are 10 years old.. as old as craigs girlfriend cam
