Reason I said that is that my Brother R32 started to do that and it is getting flat batteries still even when we replaced it with a brand spanking new one.

Could it be your alternator?

Surely a much larger turbo would change the power band a bit?

Standard cams should let you change round 7800 still? Stock turbos dont help I guess.

Yeah me too. Cams seem to really help widen the power band.

Here ya go mate

Turn the set gain to zero to start with and "set" to where you want it. (this is a % of max possible boost your turbo will support) Then adjust the gain(controls how quick or slow it comes on boost) untill you get it to hold the boost level to redline etc. Once you have the boost running to what you want then adjust the 'set gain"(what pressure it will hold the wastegate shut till) up until you boost starts to spike and then just bump it down a bit. But as warriorbrawl said if you setup wont allow it then no mater what you set the bc to do it will not hold boost. Hope this helps

Yeah mate my guess is its you diff. When the gears get worn the tend to wine a bit around the 80kmh to 100 kmh mark. My old diff did this real bad.

I am waiting on nengun to give me a price on this kit for an RB20 aswell. Would be laggy but would have to be no worse than the turbo I got. Would be nice to gte 250 rwkws from less 18psi.
