exhaust, boost controller, front mount IC, pods, dumpies, hks turbos, injectors, fuel regulators, pumps, ecu etc: theirs lots of things !

you got a front mount ? could be water spray

got any pics ?

have you got any more details on that steve ? eg; what turbo its got on it, what power would you expect after being bolted on ? etc the car was originally brought for drag racing so will an rb30det be any good ? does he have a website ? thanks, Cameron

we would love to put an rb26dett in it but the problem is we just bought the car a couple mths ago. (and dont have 7k for one) so it looks like either a rebuild or new motor ? were taking it to a mechanic tonight and get it checked out ! i will take some photos and post them up if we take the head off.... what do use reckon RB26dett ? Rb25det or rebuild ? a rebuild would be good but consideing i live up far north qld no one deals with skylines or rb engines Thanks for all your help guys, Cameron

guys its totally f*(ked now i think... on idle its just pouring out so much if you leave it idling for 2 mins and theirs so much smoke it intoxicates you!!! when accellerating you carnt see behind you its just white smoke ! number 6 cylinder has heaps oil in it. also it went bang again today and it wasent a back fire... ? sounded like the piston blow up ! but it was making funny noises like somthing ratteling through the engine, turbo an exhaust (maby some of the blow up piston ?) we think its a cracked head. what solutions can we take ? cheers, Cameron

1st one is the motor for the antenna and the 2nd is just a plug you can pull it out and it goes through to the outside of the car. (look through it and you can see the ground lol)

nice power gain their after a such little mod !

using an AVC-R aswell.... works well holds boost and its good beacuse you can used gear based boost settings

it wouldnt take much as the silvia is light and you can easily get it into the 10 sec brac. just an issue would have to be getting traction. If you want you car to have better response go for the twin turbo setup. other wise a big single for drag.

Hey guys saves me making a new thread. this is deffinent this time were coming down on the 13th march for the street meet at the townsville drags. so hope to see use all their and racing..... were bringing a couple of skylines down and some silvias. hope to see some more skylines down their and some gtr's aswell Cheers, Cameron

the runs we did with 184kw and 162kw were all done with the bonnet down. the quarter mile run we did with a slipping clutch was the last run of the night. we got a 60ft of 2.3 and 14.1 1/4 ET at 103mph TS. that wasent launching because of wheelspin. it was more slow off the line and floor it.... what tires do you guys recomend to use to get better traction ? because we have heavy duty clutch and can launch it.

it'll be exhaust then after couple weeks you'll be like hmm more boost sounds good go out get a boost controll then you'll go sh!t its running hot need front mount before you know it you'll need new tires ! have fun on the waite !!!

(sparkplugs): After a while say couple of days from being in cylinder 6 it would get a bit of oil on it but we tested it stuck it in kicked it over let it start and it run for about 5 mins but the plug was bone dry and had little to none oil on it. the spark plugs were firing good. what can you surgest we can do ?
