try turning the boost down. sounds like its overboosting a little bit, change it to about 11psi

change the boost to 0.95 and set duty to about 45% and moniter it. if it doesnt reach targert then up the duty, if it goes over your target then lower the duty cycle. intill you get the right amout and when you do that it will go into self learning mode.

15psi... run it rich. my bro runs 15psi on his R33 gtst with stock internals, stock ecu, stock turbo and it hits full boost at 4,500rpm spools at 2,500

but i think the gewalts would be 3 times lighter and 10 times more expensive their a rare 3 piece racing rim built in japan. they all look good tho depends on what colour car and what body kit you got on it.

no i mean that their is black smoke coming from exhaust as well as oil leaking from the turbo, were useing a apexi avcr boost controller. also the turbo makes a wineing sound when its spooling and at full boost

Running K & N pod filter, The fins are bent its not the pics we sused them out really well, how can you test for shaft play ?

hey knore maby you can give me some settings for the avcr as were having trouble with it (95' R33 gtst) we can change boost but we loose heaps power in 3rd an 4th gear after 4500rpm, all the other settings are factory default. were running 12psi but its not making any difference to compared to stock boost, (0.6)

yer, last night we were playing with it an we tryed your boost settings, (0.95bst - 40%dty) and it changed the boost to 0.73 so we uped the duty in till we go 1.01bst, the we turned the boost down because we thought the turbo was over spinning we ran 0.85bst and it was on about 12 - 13 psi but the car felt like its going no were, and it looses a great amount of power in 3rd an 4th gear when after 4500rpm ? although the boost guage is saying 12psi ? what can be done ? what it be worse to increase the boost as its currently running 10psi whats the options? new turbo or get it fixed ?? we dont have anyone up here that knows much about skylines and skyline turbos so im a little stuck (far north queensland)
