i managed to get insurance for my GTS. and im 18. (drivin almost 2 years or there abouts...) if u cant find anywhere else, famous classic car will insure anyone as long as u can come up with the cash. (they quoted me $2500 ish for a non turbo)... but i went with western QBE (usually dont insure imports but i had used them as insurance before so they allowed it) and now im paying $1900 a year for a non turbo and thats with a 20 % NCB. cant wait till i get my 30% next year an then more an more!!!

I might be interested. is it possible to get look at it, and a "test" ? (ie. put it in, to see if i like the look and the way it fits etc?) but yeah, i was plannin on getting one so yah.

dude, i think u can hook up autowatch to a GPS. Shaun at import scene hasnt got his wired up so much like that, BUT he has it so if someone doesnt start his car a certain way ... the alarm will go off (thats if they even get that far into the car! ) But when and if something like that does happen, the car actually calls his mobile fone first and he can talk to the people in the car, and they can talk back (via microphones in the car). He can even call his car, and arm the alarm system from his mobile. (or any other phone for that matter). But yeah... if u want it... he can do it dude. Just say what u want and he can get it in and get it sorted. Some of that stuff is pretty costly though.

He knows his way around turbo timers etc aswell. can hook anything you want up to anything and yah. He knows what he is DOING!!!

Had one chick in maccas one day kept sayin shit like when we first walk in, shes like Ooo daddy buy you ya cars... (me and GTRRRR went in..both of which have P plates on the car ) then were sittin there and shes like sayin to her friend "cheap bastards, own a skyline yet they come to eat here rarara" i was like... oh my god. but yeah... u learn to love it.

lol fane im still learning what my car can and cant do.... and ive had it about a month or so now.(taking it slowly, dont wanna push too hard when im not entirely used to her).. my worst thing is i keep missin gears and grinding. (oh good son of rajab!) im slack with the clutch is all, tend to put it down a little bit rather than all the way. but yeah, very nice lookin machine u got there just be VERY careful... dont go thinkin u can do this that and the other cus u have had her for this amount of time an u think u know how to drive her. (sure, have a bit of fun. but nothing thats gonna get u or the car damaged in a bad way.) just warning dude, cus u see all too many young drivers (including myself when i used to have a commodore) crash from tryin to do a burnout outta a roundabout, or rear end someone when i was drag racing.

...trust me dude, u will u will get some commodore driver next to u when ur on P plates and u will look over and go "pfft... what a joke" and he will rev the nuts off the car, and u will both piss bolt. (u leaving him for dead... of course ) just be very careful dude, my car is a bit scary and mine is NA. although im learnin to drive it alright etc and trust it fairly well so far. sorta know what mine and her limits are, without pushing them tooo far.

i might head off aswell. or i might go play some gay game of some description, whatever i have locked away in a drawer somewhere. ciao all.

i got like an $8000 loan, payed back over 4 years its giving me the shits forkin out 111 a fortnight for it, i wish i could just spend it on my car straight away. when i get my stereo in, i might start payin it back quicker cus i want a good rating and i wanna get it outta the way so i have money to live again.

i get 12.50 an hour where i work i work as cleaner at kwinana powerstation. tis good tho cus if i work after 6 i get paid 14-15 $$ an hour, and sat i get paid 17 and sun i get paid 24 and public hols i get like 30 +

nice dude... glad to hear it. Dont like to hear when daddys pay for hot cars for their kids. tis good u worked hard for it i had to get a loan for my car... unfortunately. oh well. hopefully i can pay it off pretty quick. (maybe 2 years.... if im lucky. instead of the 4 its spose to be).
