  1. Id say hit screw lightly in with a hammer and pull out slowely. I kept it in there so only guessing.

  4. Yeah i dont understand the need for the cotton donut.... The silencer works as the exhaust gasses now exit further towards the rear of the muffler thus less space for noise?
  5. The cannon on these outlet diameter os actually smaller than the 80mm actual exhaust piping. (Ill get a photo)
  6. The 60.5mm is not restricting as its the same as the actual cannon internal diameter as you can see in the photos.

  9. You need to cut of 32mm of the inner pipe to fit flush. Are you on face book ill tag you in my post.

Yes there is a difference as with the 42.7mm you are actually restricting the flow where as the 60.5 mm silencer (SIS090) is actually the same internal size as the exhaust internal so no flow is restricted. You will need to cut a small amount from the end to allow to fit. I will try and find a pic for you to show

  14. Hey guys, Im chasing a rear floor boot garnish for the m35 in tan (E). Photos for reference
  15. I have sealed it using the 4 washers that are on the nm35 calipers (2 on front, 2 on back). This is why i dont see the need to do this. No need to cut the banjo.
