  1. Pointless unless you are into stalling up on takeoff in which im not
  2. Kakimoto hypermega n1 with kakimoto silencer
  3. Yeah it was. I cut the 02 sensor wire. All fixed now. Color blind fails
  4. Just watch the engine knocking against it as it twists that way upon acceleration. Looks good though
  5. 200 more killer wasps
  6. Im not discrediting their work, i am letting you know from my experience (take it or leave it). Im all for supporting local business but just giving you the heads up these vq low rev engine sounds are bloody loud (especially in the cabin) where you will be on a constant dose of panadol for the headaches. I have spoken to one of the local m35 owners here in brisbane about his experience and he mentioned he changed to a diesel muffler and had it sticking out a little more from the rear of the car so the exiting noise was past the rear of the car not under it. Happy trails with you're shop just food for thought. You're comment sounded like me a few years ago. Now i have a exhaust that was made for the nm35s.
  7. Yeah but it will be loud and drony if made.
  8. Thats a big suprise as i was suprised how quiet my Kakimoto Hypermega N1 is. Ill try and get cabin / exterior sound clip when i can. I also have the 62mm kakimoto silencer that can quiet it even more with no restrictions due to same internal diameter
  9. Heated seats are useless up here in sunny qld. We need seat coolers
  10. 114 at what revs? My kakimoto idles at 80-85 db and on throttle wouldnt be much more. The legalis pretty much idles the same as the stock exhaust if not a fraction louder.
  11. 350z are bucket seat supportive
  12. I call bullshit
  13. *cough* kompact
  14. Installed my HKS LS+ rear m35 shock to go with my nismo springs to give me a bit more rebound control in the rear. Also reskinned my centre aircon centre console arm rest with my black leather cover and cut the aircon vent out for a more sleek look.
  15. That link should help you mate

  17. Yep and it will pop off. Be careful of the last clip near the windscreen as it breaks easily.
  18. buy one and cut open and letbus all know.
  19. They just pop off (no bolts). Once you get the rear free just slightly wiggle from side to side and the clips will pop out one by one.
  20. Took off the m35s roof rails and gave it a clean. So much build up of leaves and crap under there.
  21. Mate the varex systems are way too loud when open and so restrictive when closed. These engines have such loud low rev engine sound and its hard to make an exhaust that is not loud. Ive had aa apex-n1, straight through with varex, fujitsubo legalis r and now a kakimoto hypermega and have to say that the fujitubusu legalis is the quietest followed closely by the kakimoto hypermega n1. If you can get your hands on either of these systems you will be more than happy. Loudest system ive had is the apex-i N1. This thing can be heard from like 4 streets away.... stupid loud
  22. Installed the centre console aircon ducting ready for new interior next week.
