It's a T10 halogen bulb that has a socket and just twists and pops out like your parker or tail lights. You have to remove the boot lid trim by poping out all the plastic scrivets/clips. You could also get T10 LED bulbs easily on eBay for next to nothing.

The others are damaged ones i pulled off with about the same yellowness on the lens before I started You'd be amazed

Had a great result restoring my headlights! Props to iwanta34gtr (for mentioning the Meguiers headlight sealant) and Meguiers headlight resoration kit. Had wonderful results like never before.
