  12. They should join SAU.
  13. Fitting a headlight washer doesn't seem to b e that hard of a job but to get it to "auto" level? need to shred the housing to do that IMO.
  14. No problems mate. Hope it goes well.
  15. Agree on replacement. beating that out would be the same as 3 second hand doors. I had a dint in mine, 50c size and thinking if replacing it, got a quote for $220 for a complete door. Quite cheap tbh. I assume you reversed into something whilst the door was open?
  16. It's a still picture. I've gotten out of loading zone fines whilst in my R34 with my appeal on the lines of "Loading is a task performed by an individual to a vehicle in which the vehicle in question regardless of the shape and size, is utilized to complete the task as no other vehicle was available during the time of the offence. In addition, there were no immediate signs which states the types of vehicle is permitted to do so.". Also you are permitted to use a bus lane within 100 metres of your turn. In support of your appeal, you can base out on the grounds of: - Unfamiliar with area - 8 minutes from being permitted to use - You abided to the 100 meter turn rule BUT you saw the wrong street name and proceed onwards to the next street where it was supposedly a turn but was not and due to moderate traffic, you were unable to change lanes safely. OR 100 meters of Albion Pl but it was not a vehicle accessible road. www.rta.nsw.gov.au/usingroads/buses/buslanes/index.html
  17. Appeal it. I've appealed so many things and have had it overturned. Worse things worse? you cop the fine, that's it. At least you've tried mate. I assume this was on George St in Sydney CBD? I walk past there every day heading to work and yes it is considered as a lane way but it's more of a walkway. Tell them why you were in the bus lane and why you shouldn't be fined. The area IS jam packed with traffic depending on the time of the day and may be impossible to change lanes safely (also tell them that you were in this situation where you were "boxed in"). They may be lenient if you can type up a proper and formal appeal with sufficient evidence backing you up in why you had no knowledge of the area. If you want to save your points as well and the appeal fails, take it to a local court or consult with a traffic offence lawyer first to see what they can do for you. I get clients all the time who work for law firms and some attend court sessions for traffic offences and have told me that they are somewhat lenient in there if your point is valid and not like "my buddy from Mars was driving".
  18. I was gonna pick this up for my NA 34 http://justjap.com/store/product.php?productid=17889&cat=&page=1 In short, just don't do it. If you've just got the car, or had it for a few months now, you've still got that hype of doing it up by at the end of the day, your still driving at street limits and it's an N/A. Like most, you will sell off your car once you are off your Ps and buy a turbo (I know I will). Save the money for REAL mods and tunes then. In the mean time, just spend money on polishing it and what not. Got any pics of your car?
  19. I've also been told not to use water since it can create rust or algae (in the reservoir) in extreme circumstances, UNLESS it's distilled water. But then again, just don't use it. We have coolant for a reason. Did you do a proper bleed? If not there may be air bubbles sitting at the high points of the motor. if you drain the coolant completely, it would take about 7.5 Liters (well for my RB25DE Neo in R34 does anyway) to fill it up. If you did a proper bleed then your radiator most likely has hairline cracks in it and only leaks when your driving at 60KM + when coolant is heated up, creates pressure and forces the hairline crack open and seeps out. Doesn't do it when its idle or off since its cooler then and less pressure. It happened to me before and I changed the rad, no problems anymore

    Extinguisher

Not sure if they fit on the 35, but could give it a shot. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/376435-cams-approved-fire-extinguisher-bracket/page__view__findpost__p__6486230 Where are you located? If near me, you could test out my one before you order it.
  23. I use Genuine Subaru (Castrol) Anti-Freeze/Boil coolant. Only cause I get them free I wouldn't use cheap $5 coolant from Supercheap. From my general knowledge, if you use a coolant that isn't antiboil rated, what happens if it boils? it creates pressure and could crack your rad. I could be wrong, but just my opinion. Just use a decent Castrol Anti Freeze/Boil coolant and you'll be fine.
  24. not yet mate. still in the process of manufacture.
  25. PMed.
