As some or many of you know, my 34 has been in an accident recently and it may be an economical write off. The thing is, I have my head unit in there, a couple of other trims that I replaced to get it looking nice and clean and quite a few lighting mods. I don't want to have to buy everything and rewire everything again since it will be a great pain in the rear end. Just want to know from those who had previous experiences, how did you get to keep your written off car? What things could I do to convince them to let me keep the car?

Price for gear surround? The outer surround, not gear selector. Also does your 34 have stock fog lights? I'm after the switch.

It should be a straight swap plug and play. Can you take off the weather shield and post a pic of the bulb still in place and connected? My set of lights was just plug and play and I got aftermarket HID which were also plug and play so I can't confirm that it may be the exact same with factory HID but could be very similar.

Ah, I thought it was an online version of Nissan Fast where you could just punch in your VIN and have everything there. I got that site of Amayama, just sayin

You can find GTR front bar suited for the GTT that is a direct bolt on.

Spotted GTR_N1 in a garage today and then a Gun Metal Grey 2 door R34 with GTR wing at Woolies parking at Cabramatta. Plates MZ_034 driven by a cute asian girl. If only I had my 34..

I believe its just the matter of changing the globes. Simple plug and play really. Grab yourself some cheap halogen bulbs from Supercheap or something. Bulbs you need: 2 x H1 - Standard night driving lights 2 x 9005 - standard high beams.

Globe size is 9005. On a standard halogen bulb, it will say 900X (my one did anyway), which means it could be either 9005 or 9006. 9006 is slightly larger where the O-Ring is. I originally picked up a set of 9006 and tried to put it in cause there were no specifics on the assembly or the bulb itself. Didn't fit and the guy I bought it from was a local ebay seller so I zipped back over and he was very helpful in getting the right ones. Also you might find that the bulb won't be a straight twist and lock since the tabs on the bulb may be larger than the grove. I just removed the 3 screws that holds the locking plate that locks the bulb in, slipped the HID bulb through and re screwed it. perfect fitment.

eBay? Just Jap? Many places have it if you google it. Do you track your car? If it's your daily, a manual rad would do fine. Difference being the manual ones don't have the extra barbs for the oil to run through the rad. I may be corrected by the more mechanical savvy people but I had to change my rad from stock auto rad with the extra barbs for some oil, to a R34 GTT manual rad since it was the only one available at the time. I looped over the oil that went into the rad and its going fine, have had no problems of anything overheating or any warning light come up. But then again mine is N/A, turbo may or may not affect this.

No garage defend style cooling panels for the 32, but standard cooling panel. ya keen?

Also would anyone be interested in R34 GTR CF Wing blades? I know there have been some fitment issues with dori34's group buy, but apparently my manufacturers blades are shorter and would be a direct bolt on without mods. I am awaiting their response to confirm length with and without end plates. If it is the same length, end plates will be provided (fabricated locally).

I can't confirm that its clips or bolt over and I don't have a 33 to see. From what I gather from the supplier, it would be a bolt on application so it shouldn't split or crack unless under excessive tension. Probably some washers would help and prevent it from being damaged. If in the event that it does crack during installation, I will seek a replacement for you.

confusing stuff. I searched with my VIN and some bits turned up for rad core support. emailed Amayama regarding them. Fingers crossed

Only the grill to rad. no full length. Can't find anything for the intercooler surround man Nah sorry man

I think I need the entire support since it's bent to the part where it's welded into the members and where it's bolted on. If I sound like I don't know what i'm talking about, most likely you're right.
