haha I don't have the tool to take the nuts off my wheels but got jack stands and jacks. only got sockets for regular nuts, but not a head to take out socketed nuts. looking to pick one up from SuperCheap tomorrow. I think its louder the slower i go, when I gain speed, it quiets down and eventually at above 30 kmph, no squeals at all.

Since your's is black, I don't think you'd need to prime it first but it would be recommended. If it's on metal panels, I personally wouldn't touch it since it won't be an even finish. I touched up my front bar.
