I remember during officer training school our PTI was a marathon runner and she said lets go for a casual warm up run.... ran for a few km and I was buggered after that haha!! and after all that she said... today we are doing farlek training... a big FML morning that was!

Running is something I've been trying to get into but I hit the magical 2.4km mark and I just cannot get motivated enough to run more than that.... Been trying to push myself a bit more but after about 4km I just get bored... Even outside running Any suggestions/recommendations on how to just keep going? Or is it more of a mental thing I have to suck up and get over??

spotted a black R34 GTT without spoiler (custom plates started with "D") on Monash fwy citybound near Chadstone exit around mid-day maybe I am biased because I looked exactly like mine with different rims must say I do love the spoilerless look!

Black was my second pref, like it and all but damn even a bit of dirt shows up so clearly on the car!!

Sorry to bring up an old thread but, when the VSS switch is in the "on" position on my r34 GTT there is a distinct humming sound coming from the back left at all times..... Is this the norm?

from memory his prices were a bit expensive but the quality and attention to details makes it well worth it

i'm considering it but my R34 is pretty much stock standard... apart from rims and coilovers... wondering if its worthwhile even entering or just showing up to look at the cars

saw a couple of imports at Lobethal on Sunday night... one red R34Gtt parked on main road one burgundy R33 with green rims not my thing but very festive :) my first time up there and ended up parking next to the footy field and walking around....

chers guys, and yes the seat goes all the way back.... no biggie though never intended on carrying pax in the back have to admit driving a manual Skyline is not as bad as driving a Moke on Magnetic island... physically could not get 3rd gear onwards because of my legs haha!

G'Day guys, After around 2 years of being indecisive, finally got myself a R34 GTT from Sinergy Imports in Adelaide. The car was pretty much stock apart from 18inch rims. Looked a bit strange sitting so high and managed to find myself TEIN super streets for a very good price so got that installed last week. Great forum here, been reading a few topics and already getting some ideas on what I want to do next... I think this is going to be an expensive hobby I wanted to get a manual but after test driving one realised my legs are too damn long (I am around 6'5 ish) so settled for an Auto which seems decent enough anyway!

Agree with TEIN Super Street... got them installed my 34GTT a week ago and love them... the ride is nowhere near as harsh as I expected

just paid the insurance on my 1998 R34GTT, only mods being aftermarket rims, exhaust and head unit... cost me just under $1000 p/a with just cars but had to bump the excess to $1250. 27 years old with a perfect driving record..... and I dont even have my car yet!!!! well for another 17 hours anyway (but who's counting

I've been to Bangkok twice now and phuket and Koh Samui once Personally I LOVED Bangkok... great big city and amazing shopping! Spent 1/2 a day in MBK but thing is the shops and stock r repetitive after a while and sort of gets boring! in terms of night markets the more popular (or should I say "infamous") one if Pat Pong night market... its smack bang in the middle of a redlight district... was funny as in the 60m walk from one side to the other I got offers by 36 people for ping pong shows.... (declined them all) but Suan Lum night bazzar is off the hook! Picked up some polos (Apexi, blitz etc) for around AUD15 each... and good food there too! Phuket I spent a week in and thought it was wayy too long! Not much to do there apart from party, beach and a few sights.... if all you want to do is party and chill on the beach then its perfect... Koh Samui I only stayed for 2 days in Bo Phut beach area (only wanted to go there to fly Bangkok airways and check out the island airport).... quiet and peaceful and I did appreciate it after the crazyness of Phuket... In terms of hotels... seriously they r cheap as hell and as some have already mentioned... a 3 star in Thailand is equivalent to a 4.5 or 5 star here!... if ur after specifics msg me and I can look up the ones I Stayed in.... i didn;t spend more than 250 for 5 nights!

Started a dream job this year and thought I would finally treat myself to something I have been looking @ getting for a few years now.
