thanks guys and have already given old mate a tune up and told him not to f@#k with my shit! yer i heard 12 psi max so ill keep it at that. any estimates on power at that boost with only 3" through and front mount?

motor 130 000 kms drive daily no track or drift but drive hard. power unsure of as havent had it on dyno but just running 12psi boost standard ecu, front mount, 3" through, k&n pod blow off valve as per the normal shiz. car was in storage for a while but running now. thanks guys

have read through this before and really chasing more than anything manual gearbox and diff oil specs that have been trialed and proven to be good. just plain and simple recomendations is all like mobile 5w40 full syn for engine as example.

I have a turbo smart boost tee currently installed and running 12psi boost. it recently went past my setting due to a pesty friend of mine and was sitting at 16psi. i noticied this when the engine started cutting in and out at this boost when giving it a bit of curry. does the standard ecu have a cut out limit/restictor at a certain boost pressure as it it sounded like and felt like it was dopping the ignition to the plugs?

Hey all just wondering what oil grades and brands are best to be used for my r33 rb25det year 95. chasing info for all oils engine, gearbox, diff etc. any help appreciated!!

i keep burning out tyres due to an excessive rear wheel camber. is this easly rectified or do i need to complete some mods due to the hicas system?

from perth own a r33 rb25det. has been in storage and dormant for 5 years. just got it up and running and wanting to spend a few dollars to get it all tricked up. mechanic by trade been in the industrie for 10 years. lovin all the info geing posted and all the help ive had on here!

cheers guys fro all the help. i have mangaed to get it workin again but only every now and then. if i smash the upper rhs of the gauge cluster it comes to life. checked the signal input and 100% ok so probably gunna try and re-solder contacts! hey whats the worst that can happen ill just get another one if i f#@k it up!

just started my r33 after 5 years without starting. fuel goes off best bet to drain or change fuel filters a few times. the other big one is oil gets very sludge in engine oil. recommend new oil and filter before starting and definatley crank untill oil pressure present. recomend using a deisel enmgine oil 15w40 as it has a really good deterigent in it to help clean out the engine. drop it a few times after starting to make sure all the crap is out of it.

I have R33 RB25DET and am having problems with the tacho. everything else works fine and i have tried cleaning out the pugs and checking the contacts. where to go from here? used to work intermittently but has total shit the tin now. i didnt have the problem when it went to red line it just dropped in and out when it wanted too. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
