  1. Not saying they will kill you, but in an emergency situation I know what i want on my feet. Chinese products never lie, they are renowned for their quality and truthfullness in their description. Im sure their load rating was rigorously tested.
  2. "Made in China" and tyres are dangerous combinations for powerful, heavy cars like the Stagea. Chuck them or keep em for a burnout comp. Not something we should ever skimp on. Bought mine with some cheapies onboard, first rain shower I was skating, quality jap tyres fixed that.
  3. i installed a HKS tt using the footbrake, had no problems, works. TT handbrake wire connected to the brown foot brake switch wire. I think you had the correct wire, 12V when off, http://www.fd3s.net/greddy_turbo_timer_manual.html
  4. it should alternate when you are under load/off throttle, even cruising, not that useful and not really sure of the purpose, suppose it just lets you know that its reading.
  5. I had a similar experience with a PIVOT TT, obvious fake, read about how they can get hot and catch fire....took a lot of emails and threats to get my money back.
  6. sounds sweet, 55 is all good, check it again after a few days of driving, but the Bosch EL was the way to go, done it myself. Like I said, it will store the fault code indefinitely until the ECU is reset, which might be months or years for some cars, even though the fault was fixed long ago.
  7. Have you checked the code again since you reset the ECU, as it might be an error leftover in the memory from before you changed the sensor. Reset it again and see. Also, if u start the car immediately after resetting it without turning off ignition, it will go into O2 sensor mode, flashing the checklight on and off, depending on lean or rich, cant remember which way, but you will quickly see if its working when you drive it, after it has warmed up. note, the pic is of an R34 terminal, S2 stagea is upside down in comparison.
  8. $230 is about the cheapest ive heard, where was this quote from ? You can code them yourself, plenty info on net, pm me if you cant find.
  9. Anyone got a spare S2 'door remote' key, in working order, they no longer need ? I could send you back a blank spare key cut to match in exchange.
  10. any nissan harness will work, readily available on ebay and performance shops. I think your real concern should be connecting fake/inferior electronics to your car and the associated risks involved. Read this first. http://team-fusion.com/forum/viewtopic.php...56dfdd89bc11df0 http://cgi.ebay.com.au/HKS-TURBO-TIMER-HAR...4QQcmdZViewItem
  11. Front is open wheeler for your model, oil quantity is approx 1.3L for each.
  12. I recommend WAYNE PARK AUTOMOTIVE at Milton, know him personally, very trustworthy and excellent mechanics. Good experience with Skylines.
  13. Got mine done at Wynnum towbars, has done a few Stageas, 1000kg, excellent old school job.
  14. Ive got factory parker and high beam bulbs in and they are both quite yellow compared to the HIDs (4500k), i would guess Nissan designed it that way.
  15. looks like yours has had a body kit upgrade sometime, but I reckon it originally looked like that previous photo i posted, looks great now though.
  16. The two tone (5s5) refers to the bumper trim colour on the stagea i believe, see link. possibly previous owner or importer reprayed the silver to match your pearl white body, or is your trim still silver ? http://image.blog.livedoor.jp/tamadamakoto.../1/5171b349.JPG
  17. your colour is listed as a two tone 5S5 (WK1/KR4) silky snow and sonic silver, has it been resprayed ?
  18. you're right, seems to be 2 different 25tXfour badges, depending on paint colour, the 0V300 is for lighter colours, 0V302 for darker colours. No mention of your colour in this range, difficult to explain. Hope that helps, of course this all assumes these parts are still available. Ive had no problems ordering parts simply by giving them this part #, although best to confirm everything with them first.

  23. yeah, obviously too much time on my hands, being a public servant.
  24. Antony, here are the 84815v part #s, as well as model specific, they are also colour coded for your paint colour, so best to use your VIN # to get exact one, or choose a different colour ..
