  1. no
  2. the wiring in the 2nd photo is modified, is that your headlight or high beam ? there should be no exposed wiring in HIDs eg crimps.
  3. Ballasts are on the back of the headlight unit. Did you check firstly if your car had been de-HID'd when it was complied ? You didnt notice if your old bulbs were HIDs or not by the light. Your options are get the original HID wired back (if your car was HID in the first place). I wouldnt be using the 8000k bulbs though, way too blue. Standard is around 4200k. Fit an aftermarket HID kit. Run H1 standard bulbs.
  4. Ive got 2 ASUKA digital tuners left over from recent group buy-in. Will display oz digital tv on jdm screens. Can connect to factory antennas. $240 delivered. pm for more details or questions. Simon http://www.asuka-semi.com.tw/003/pro1.aspx...p;id=C_00000008
  5. which version of FAST ? i have 2008 version and it requires you extract the parts software from the original CD, which takes about 20min from memory.
  6. an incompatible font can cause an error, change to 'KOZUKA Gothic pro R'. or the directory for the models could be setup incorrectly.
  7. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Re...mp;hl=tiptronic swap dark green and grey wires
  8. 48520-23u25 same as 33 and 34 GTR
  9. use the search Luke. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Rs...html&hl=tie same as R33 GTR, not Gts, but if in doubt send me your VIN and i can check.
  10. document it with photos etc and take them to small claims court or through trade practices act qld.
  11. don't assume it will be 370cc exactly, prob affected by fuel pressure, worn and gunked injectors etc. After calibrating my ecutalk, best done on long trips, my injector value was 340cc. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=4158559
  12. there is no relay, some guys retrofit one as the circuit cannot handle to current sometimes.
  13. long shot with all the metal to metal contact,.... bad earth or could be a problem with the starter circuit, try a direct connection to battery and see if it rolls over in car, as a few people have reported starter circuit problems before and installed a relay, as the solenoid was drawing too much current.
  14. solenoid 'clicking' ? make sure battery cable connection is clean/degreased. did you do a bench test before install ?
  15. Youll need to contact Chris for that, any auto store will sell a 12V relay, bosch, hella narva etc no more than 30amp http://www.narva.com.au/products/browse/normal-open-4-5
  16. Theres some basic instructions here for the older Stagea, http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/St...ig-t203961.html , but im sure some V35 or M35 owners can give you more specific info. I dont think the screen has the resolution to make HD worthwhile, correct me if im wrong. Ill send you some more info in PM.
  17. Anyone interested in above tuner, placing another order soon, pm me asap.
  18. anyone after one, PM me in next few days.
  19. Just need to consider that there is no air flow there when stationary, no clutch fan flow. So it will be slightly hotter in traffic than factory position. Also consider cutting out slots at the back to increase the air flow, (see intercooler side). My cooler (larger aftermarket one) is mounted there with a motorbike fan on the back, manual and temp switch (in the tran sump) operated. Did this because FM intercooler got in the way of factory trans cooler. Nothing else, height etc to consider, biggest headache is customising mounts/brackets. Since I do a lot of heavy towing in QLD, am going to mount another cooler in similar position as factory one and run the 2 in parallel, not series which adds strain to the oil pump.
  20. The cold district version might be handy where you live, as well as added LSD, 100V and MD not very useful.
  21. Basic SD digital tuner (hawk ranger II), twin receiver/tuner paths, 2 x AV inputs, 3 x video out. Reverse camera switching. Been running one in my Stagea for 2 years with factory aerials (4), along with a few doz other stag owners, rock solid pic 40-50km radius. The optional aerials are the long T-type (bumper) active ones. http://www.asuka-semi.com.tw/003/pro.aspx?id=C_00000008 specialised mobile dig tv manufacturer.
  22. I dont know anyone in Sydney, Im sure someone can suggest an installer or even some M35 owners who have done their's might be able to assist.
  23. Is the image flickering on the M35 screen in NTSC or just distorted ? when you change it to PAL from NTSC does the flicker rate and colour change ? PS. depending on numbers I may be able to get some more Asuka tuners in the next few months, I won't do a group buy as such, but if anyone is interested flick me a PM for details.
  24. send me your vin # and i can tell you the part # you need.
