Hey SAU, Up for sale is a set of EDO branded wheels, they came with the car from Japan, in perfect condition, no gutter rash, cracks, paint chips, etc. They are black with a red stripe around the edge and have a hammered finish clear coat on them. Sizes are 17 x 7JJ +38 All round. Currently they have some Bridgestone Snow tires on them with a heaps of thread on them. Selling as I'm going to get some Work Emotion CR Kai's :thumbup: There's a few pics that shows how it probs would look like on an R34 at stock height, but the tires are thick so it's looks odd. I would not suggest driving on them with Snow tires on, on a sunny dry days it's fine, but on a cold wet day, they will become very slippery and dangerous. Pickup from Bendigo, 3555 (1:50Mins away from Melb CBD), pickup only unless you want to organize a courier. Res/Inst: $500 negotiable, looking for a quick sale.

Indeed they do stick quite a fair bit, this is what's confusing me, This R34 GT-T here http://www.rimtuck.c...jpg&id=1229&h=3 Has GTR wheels, which are 18 x 9.0 +30 They look pretty flush, which is what I'm looking for (don't mind if it sits in a little more). So with the offsets, the more -ve offset, the more dish you have correct?, so the hub will be sitting IN the car more, making the wheel stick out more? If i have more +ve offset, the hub will be sitting further OUT more and make the wheel stick IN more? So the rear wheels I'm looking at are 18 x 9.5 +38, which means the hub will sit OUT 38MM's more from the center, so in theory cancelling out the extra .5" and making the wheels sit further in the guards more right?, so it should fit under the guards fine right? Sorry if that was really confusing, honestly I am quite lost at the moment...

Ohh, thanks for that, I still remember when I asked him to check the prices for me, he told me it would be expensive (I was expecting around $200), but got quite a shock when he told me it would be over half a grand for a key So would I give this:H0564-C9920 part number to Nissan to order or ?? I will try and make this key last as long as it can, but the last owner from Japan seemed to have pressed the buttons with his/her nails

Ah, 9" at the front may be too wide, most people have recommended me 8.5 with a +30 offset and wider 9.5" for the rear, just not sure on the rear offsets atm.

That's odd, probably a different key, I was quoted $550 for the whole key, the guy printed out a sheet with an exploded view on it with all the individual parts totaling $550. So I just went with the normal blank key for $10.

Hey, I have a R34 here, same looking key as yours, was going to get a spare, asked Nissan and they quoted me $550 for the key, but he said I could buy it in separate parts if that helped LOL.

Hey guys, About the wheels, how would 18 x 9 +20, fit all round? There are currently some XD9's in stock in Sydney, so I'm considering them Would the fit behind the guard a little bit? This is what I want now, as I noticed if it was flush, going over bumps/driveways would make it rub (depending how low I have it).

Unless you take your car to the track/strip, I really don't see the point in having a car that is "uber fast", when your on the road you have to stick to the speed limit anyway Just my opinion, but I guess some people like to reach the next set of traffic lights faster **Puts on flame suit **

Was going to make a post about it before, but didn't think anyone was interested, so didn't bother. But anyway, I went to a few places, was a bit odd, 1 said it was perfect, just on the line and the other said it was a little bit over, they did recommend me to get it serviced as the fluid looked pretty dark (Should be Pink to almost clear), so I will drop it off this week sometime to get it flushed. Hope it fixes the problem, but not going to get my hopes up. Will report back later this week?

Going to go get the car checked today, I'm pretty certain there is WAY too much fluid. It goes waaaay past the crosshatching on both the hot and cold sides.
