hi, is it auto or manual?

Hi guys, I have a mate that has brought a r33 gtst rb25det auto the problem is the speedo reads for example roughly 180kms on the speedo but road speed is approx only doing 80-90kms it seems to be like 100% out on the speedo to road speed, at any speed i have tried fitting 3 different speedo sensors and have tried another cluster, and tried another ecu, has anyone else seen this problem or heard of anything or could point me in a direction??? if anyone has any help could they message back asap please thanks
