  1. Yep....... Picked up the car at lunchtime and took it for a spin down to Unigroup Engineering. It's booked in for tune and some cosmetic engine bay treatment in two weeks time. Right after that it goes to my panel shop where they will work their magic and redo the wheels in their original silver not the stupid gun metal grey they currently are. The front needs work. Ridiculous daytime running lights will go and screw holes filled, bumper repaired and resprayed and lower bib spoiler will be sanded, prepped, primed and colour coded to the rest of the bar. Goes great, I'm thrilled at this stage. Here are some pics......
  2. Hi Mike, Car has done 106,000kms. All the odometre digits line up perfectly so I'm hoping the mileage is genuine. It's got brand new Bilstein struts and shocks, Lowered King Springs, Whiteline sway bars and a heap of new bushes all throughout the suspension. Turbos are stock, 3" exhaust with hi flow cats, Nismo MAFs, Nistune, Splitfire coils, Koyorad 53mm lightweight aluminum radiator, Sard 720cc injectors, Walbro fuel pump, Metal Intercooler hard pipe kit. HKS EVC-6 boost controller, Excedy HD clutch. Recently had a major service so all the belts and water pump are new. Premium Alpine system with amps etc etc under factory covers though! I get it at lunchtime tomorrow. Cheers, Bob.
  3. What condition is the front bar and lip in?
  4. Yes Tony........ It's had the original wheels refurbished beautifully but painted dark (gunmetal) grey which I don't like. I'm going to have to redo them in the original silver. You are also correct on the ADM front. I'm happy to drive that 3-4 times per year and keep the mileage down. This V-Spec 2 will be my weekend fun car. Bob.
  5. Not quite, it's the third one I've owned but I sold my JDM back in November.. I looked at all options including other marques and came to the conclusion that R32 GT-R's are the car for me. This car I've just bought has had a fortune spent on it but still needs a bit bit TLC. My objective is for it to look pretty much 100% stock (bar exhaust) but for it to have 325+ rwkw's. It's already been dynod at 286 but I think there is a fair bit more left in it with the right upgrades and tuning. Cheers and I'll post pics soon. Bob.
  6. Can you please PM me a pic of the tape deck? Thanks, Bob.
  7. Hey boys, good news.......... I bought a Silver V-Spec 2 today. Will post up all the relevant details once I pick her up later in the week. Cheers, Bob.
  8. And it's "new"
  9. Do you have the under bonnet lining and plugs that looks like this? Thanks, Bob.
  10. Hi Guys, I'm looking at a V-Spec 2 but it doesn't have the 3 piece side skirt body kit, just std . Should it have it? Thanks, Bob.
  11. Yep...... I was going there tomorrow anyway so I'll suss it out then. Thanks...... Bob.
  12. Are you still chasing one? I have one that was new but got sractached on a kerb so I bought a new one. Only had it on for 2 months...... If you plan to paint it it can be filled, sanded and should be pretty new. I can take pics if you still want one, just have to dig it out of the shed. Bob.
  13. Ok...... Thanks for that. The reason for my question is that I'm looking at buying a Vspec which needs the wheels to be refurbished. I have a spare set of non Vspec wheels which I would fit whilst the 17's are being done. What size spacers do I need to get and from whom? I don't intend driving the car with the 16's, just want to keep it off the ground. Further help is appreciated. Cheers...... Bob.
  14. Hi Guys........ As the title asks, can normal 16" x 8" GT-R wheels fit on a V Spec 1 or 2? I've read a few posts suggesting that they don't clear the bigger calipers but I looked at the space saver spare in the boot which appears to be the same as the non V Spec models. Can anyone clarify this without guessing? Many thanks, Bob.
  15. I know of a Red one coming up for sale soon...... (No it's not mine). I can't remember the mileage but it's under 80K. I'll give you more info when I hear more. Bob.
  16. LOL....... Just re-read my post. I think I need to go back to school! There should be an inserted "you could" order you car without them fitted hence why only the "delete" option is recordered on the build plate.
  17. I use a couple of decoders because not one is super accurate. There is this one - https://sites.google.com/site/tyndago/gt-rinformationplatebreakdown And this one - http://www.users.on.net/~goofyhsk/info/chassis_plate.html They both have small errors you need to work with. Just to clarify.... The rear spoiler was NOT an option, nor was the rear window wiper. They were both standard fitment however order you car without them fitted hence why only the "delete" option is recordered on the build plate. I hope that clears things up. Bob.
  18. According to the VIN decoder that I use it should have the air bag but NOT the rear wing. It may have been added later on.
  19. Hmmm....... Does it have an driver's side airbag and is it missing the rear wing?
  20. PM sent....... Thanks, Bob.
  21. No....... ADM's only...... If you look closely at one it actually reads GT-R. The GT-R keys were in pairs, so you need another one and my attachment shows the original pen that came in the compendium. The service key that you have (won't open boot or glovebox) is as rare as rocking horse dung so look after it. The two keys that you have should have a 4 digit code inscribed on them which is the cut code. You can then go to a good locksmith who cuts of the code not a worn key. I have a good one in Hornsby if you need his details. Cheers...... Bob.
  22. Hi guys, As the title suggests, I'm after a spare R32 GT-R Steering Wheel. I would prefer either mint or poor (which I can re-trim). Thanks, Bob.
  23. The list looks like this so far...... 1 - Aussie_Delivered_R32_GTR - Bob - Red Wine - North West Sydney. 2 - Marko R1 - Marko - Jet Silver - Inner West Sydney 3 - Boywhocriedwolf (fkn ash), Ken-wine red mica-Sunshine Coast QLD.
  24. Absolutely......... I've been an advocate of this for ages. What I would like to do now is start a chain of ADM owners who visit this thread. I'll start - User Name - Real Name and Colour and Location. 1 - Aussie_Delivered_R32_GTR - Bob - Red Wine - North West Sydney.
