  1. Hey Guys, My Daughter takes delivery of her Scoobie the day before the cruise and is keen to come along. Would it be ok to increase my attendence from 1 to 2 and come in her car? We can't bring both cars. Thanks... Bob. PS: That horrible gear knob is gone....OEM in transit, hopefully here by next week! Cold air intake that is missing is also in transit and stupid BLITZ R-VIT Multi Function Infometer is coming out. If anyone wants it that can have if pretty cheap.
  2. It's been back for quite a while.......... Surprised it hasn't sold, nice looking car.
  3. Thanks for that....... We appreciate the feedback and updates. Bob.
  4. PM Sent - Please put me down for 1. Many Thanks, Bob.
  5. Great.. I'll PM you later today when I get home.
  6. Here are some examples that support that......... I know that these are dealer prices but one would expect it be realistic based on the mileage. Some very low kms cars there so the price is understandable. The first two I think reflect something in line with what I own. Cheers, Bob. http://j-spec.com.au/dealer/1994-Nissan-Skyline-7050878.html http://j-spec.com.au/dealer/1994-Nissan-Skyline-7037446.html http://j-spec.com.au/dealer/1992-Nissan-Skyline-6999863.html http://j-spec.com.au/dealer/1993-Nissan-Skyline-6995099.html http://j-spec.com.au/dealer/1994-Nissan-Skyline-6995096.html http://j-spec.com.au/dealer/1991-Nissan-Skyline-6957724.html

  9. Here you go....... These were at Albion Park........
  10. I'm keen..... Please book me in for this . Cheers, Bob.
  11. Yep....... I just hope the roads dry out by the morning. Bob.
  12. The ADM R32 GT-R sold for about $110,000.00 plus on road costs. The price I quoted was the Japanese price in Yen then converted at todays exchange rate, purely as a guide. I don't know what the exchange rate was 20 years ago. The 300ZX Automatic in 1996 was $87K so I guess with ORC the $93K figure is accurate however it was 5 years later vs the 1991 ADM GT-R. From memory the Australian dollars was at the bottom of the birdcage in 2000/2001. It was at about $0.47c to the USA Dollar so on the cross rates against the Yen it may well be 50% more than the price I quoted. You also need to remember that they made about 44,000 R32 GT-R's, 16,422 R33 GT-R's and only 11,300 R34 GT-R's. That has a bit to do with it too.... Cheers, Bob.
  13. Japanese Prices on Release: R32 GT-R - 4,450,000 Yen - Approx $56,000 A$'s R33 GT-R - 4,805,000 Yen - Approx $60,550 A$'s R34 GT-R - 4,998,000 Yen - Approx $63,000 A$'s These prices are for the base models, not V Spec or N1's or Nismo models etc.... Fair to say they were half what they sold for or would have sold for here in Australia.
  14. Not sure what year model your talking about but in 1991 the GT-R was $110.000+ on roads. Mine was sold for that price with 251 kms as a Demo. Here is a screenprint of the 300ZX........
  15. Hi Guys, I just saw this post so I thought I would chime in.......... As an owner of both an ADM and JDM, both totally stock standard (including exhausts and radio cassette players etc) I can promise you the cars are worth every cent. I love my ADM so much I couldn't bare driving it in fear of some moron running up the back of me decimating the unique ADM feature. When I came across a very stock JDM in Melbourne 4 months ago I couldn't help myself and had to have it. I feel as though I have the best of all worlds now. I have a nice ADM totally complete with original purchased documents and books etc. Plus a JDM that looks and drives very similar but one that I can really enjoy without being stressed about. My JDM was what I call a great 10 footer....... The closer you got the sadder it looked. Anyway I made the decision to finish the project and end up with a car that looks good I can really enjoy. It's ended up costing me about $3K more than I hoped for but I really don't care. It's my hobby and I could be wasting money on a heap of other intangible rubbish. I did a fair bit of research before buying the JDM and really struggled to find something under 18K as a starting point. The problem is, if you are a self confessed obsessive compulsive like I am, things like broken air-con vents, dash bubbles, marked steering wheels, ugly aftermarket radios simply are such an eyesore I just can't tolerate them. For example, to find a used R32 dash that doesn't have a bubble will cost you at least $300........ Then add 5 hrs labour to remove and fit. Unless your pretty switched on and know what you are doing then forget it. It's at least another $400.00 to fit it. There's $700+ just to fix a dash bubble. Add in some broken vests either before or after installation and there’s best part of a quick 1K gone. If the OP wants one as a weekend toy as I do then go for it…. Fantastic fun car but as a daily driver…… I would be reluctant …. They are cop bait, car thieves love them and as risky as any 20+ year old car can be in regards to reliability. My advise…….Buy yourself a $1,500.00 Toyota Corolla as a daily and preserve and enjoy your GT-R as a weekend Warrior! Cheers, Bob.
  16. Looks like it has sold or withdrawn from sale....... Bob.
  17. I hope this forcast is right........ Bob.
  18. Take the Camden Valley Way off ramp........ See you there. I'm really looking forward to this run...... Bob.
  19. To be honest I don't know what they all are but most of these radios only have 2 or 3 inputs. The 4th is for the AM/FM and Scan button on the dash cluster. Regardless, if you wouldn't mind posting or sending me a pic of the front and rear we can confirm it's the one I'm looking for. Many Thanks, Bob.
  20. Cool...... If you would like to sell it I'd be keen to buy it. Please let me know how much you want including postage to Castle Hill ........... Postcode 2154 Just check that it should have 4 inputs at the rear. Thanks, Bob.
