Location Might help as i'm either going blind or suck at mind reading. No Seats & no door trims --- when and why did they go elsewhere.... Are you willing to go over the car with a fine tooth comb and a camera for me to check all the usual signs of rust... Is the Chassie bent in any places?

If the turbo is internally gated, check that you havent wound to much preload onto the actuator causing it not being able to open far enough to bleed boost off.

Am i reading that correctly? You want 450 for the power steering pump? I paid $80+freight for the last one i got. If you decide to be a bit more reasonable on the pump send me a message. can always do with a spare.
