  1. By the sounds of it theres no problem. you still have the low/high boost solinoid? 25s have this, round 5psi before 4000 8psi after,

Hey Bro have you tried cleaning your aac valve system, i did this to my rb25 on the weekend and car idles were it should, use to idle round the 2k mark, im not sure if you have a "pulsing idle" as goes from 1500 to 2000 and back and forth, also check that your Throttle Positioning System electrical plugs are pluged in properly and not dirty? just some hints that you could possibly try? links below if you want to read more about AAC http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/110431-diy-aac-valve-cleaning-idle-reset/ Cheers

  4. I actually have this bov on car atm but it only atmos, and resetting ecu? how do i do this? learn sumptin knew everyday

Been searching for a stock rb25 bov due to engine not runing good on aftermarket atmo bov, but 25 bov prooving hard to find, so wanting to run plumb back came across a rb20 and was wondering will this work to making car run normal? have searched this and found that they are identicle to design, size and so on wanting advice from people who know for sure but all advice welcome Thanks

Hey all, Okay this is sorta hard to explain, but basically throttle is real touchy, when driving say low gear 1st 2nd, and button off accelerator and put power back on i get this bunny hop goin on and lik wtf? engine is gen 2 rb25det, complete factory besides fmic and atmo bov, first thawt it was bov mounted really weird on the factory pipe that feeds into the intake for noise cancell i geuss? for tha factory bov the hole was blocked off? i dnt understand how this would work at all az there would be no pressure? so put bov back wer it is factory and still have same issue, is there a vac line problem im missing or sumptin? also say wen driving 100 and foot flat then button off half way, takes forever to release boost pressure, maybe adjust bov or sumptin i duno? Any help appreciated and sorry if you cant understand wot im trying to explain, cheers

Hey All Recently decided to upgrade fuel pump for my C35 Laurel, discovering that C35 have a plastic gas tank compared to older model nissans, Neway got into the boot took the cover off to get into it more and discovering that it was a screw lid type setup compared to a few bolts, so undid the plastic screw lid, disconected the fuel lines and power plugs, pulling it up out of the tank and was like wtf wer the pump? can see a whole lot of wires going everywer and one line that must go to the fuel pump. but i have no idea how to get to it? do i have to remove the whole gas tank itself? just hoping someone has done this to a C35 before, or are they similair to an R33? or even a stagea? had done a pump exchange before but to a C33 oh and was looking at putting a Wabro pump in, Any help appreciated, Thanks

  15. Ahh k sweet az, how did you find out about ecu numbers? if i use rb20 actuator, how will the hi/low boost react?

  17. and this is your normal rb ecu. see the thickness difference, has like twice as many plug-in gaps or woteva

Hey guys, recently stumbled across this site so thawt id pick your brains, i have a c35 laurel which use to be rb20de, now gen 2 rb25det, realised that it boosting only a low 5psi so researched y so low, came to think that maybe it still had non turbo computer but cant find computer numbers anywer?!?! 23740 0v300 PCMNR 030 C1 6Y05, Anyway..... thawt id try another ecu from a friend which is a rb25det gen 2 but az i went to plug loom into det ecu noticed that connection points are way different, gona b a pain if i havto change loom.... Any suggestions? and info on ecu numbers? Cheers
