  2. I'm not sure about their compatibility, as I normally upgrade with aftermarket stuff. I am guessing, but there may be a difference in the engines compression ratio (piston tops)and there would most likely be stronger valve springs in the turbo motor, also the valve seats might be different. inj shouldn't be a problem. According to Wicki the bore and stroke is the same and the cams are the same duration and lift between the motors, accordingly no benefit from cam swap. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_RB_engine Also, sounds like you sourced a really good RB30 engine.
  3. How was she internally - any cooked oil?
  4. I didn't get one with 2nd car - had to negotiate that out, as I had Titans. I can get you one pretty cheaply though, or a GTR one if you'd like they are significantly lighter. PM me for details.
  5. For the lulz - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dl-ai9HuR60 sooooo catchy
  6. That's even more disciplined. In management terms they call that Locke's goal setting theory. Essentially you set waypoints to getting things you want to achieve. They have another acronym too called SMART Specific - there is a precise and clear statement of intended outcome. Measurable - there are clear indicators (quantitative or qualitative) of whether goal has been achieved. Achievable - The goal is achievable, within available resources and environmental constraints, and is compatible with other goals that have been set. Relevant - the goal is aligned with broader goals, values and priorities, which provide a rationale for the goal. Time-bound - The goal includes a statement of precisely when it is to be achieved. 10. bricks and mortar always a wise investment. market in Sydney atm is a sellers paradise, but buyers worst nightmare. A buyer now is unlikely to make any short term gain. Invest in govt bonds. Having said all this, I blow every last cent on stupid stuff. here's a case in point, I have it fixed in my head that I need an R34 GTR, but one that will appreciate over a long time. So I started looking for a Millenium jade nur m-spec. Then I get in contact with a mate who says that the Endless Drag GTR is available, essentially a highly modified 99 V-Spec. 82k imported, so I make a few calls and confirm. Now, most ppl would agree very cool car, but if that engine blows all you're left with just another white, blown motor 99 V-Spec. At this point most ppl come to their senses. Me, I think ohhhhh this one's fast, fcuk it I'll finance to lessen the risk. This is exactly why, I am the worst person to listen to for financial advice.
  11. Most car dealers try this one on, as they middle man for Esanda.
  12. One good thing about debt is that it permits you to have more disposable income and buy things that you can enjoy whilst you don't have osteoarthritis and need a hip replacement
  13. Biggest hint... if ever Esanda try to put you in a new car and can only offer you silver rate, but will specially upgrade you to gold rate. say fu and ask for platinum or you walk lol
  14. Like fast cars hitting immovable objects
  15. I saw them by way of grouped nano particles lol
  16. lol... what a disaster Vista was
  17. Debt shop. Move money around to lowest possible repayment figures. 0% credit cards and don't borrow anymore for a while. It reduces debt levels and increases good repayment history. Serviceable debt isn't the enemy, it's just people never plan for things like: what if I lost my job tomorrow.
  18. It had flecks of what seems to be black tyre rubber/compound all over it and was pretty dirty. I am convinced its last outing involved two rear shredded tyres lol
  19. This ^^^ ohhhhhh yehhhhhh
  20. It's the Gates philanthropic fund lol
  21. You do not miss a thing. Yes, I bought some Meguiars Quick Detailer spray and microfiber cloths and got to work while the excitement of the new purchase was still fresh
  22. When looking at series 2, I saw a rare dark blue R33 GTR that had been T-boned in the driver's side. Another unicorn goes to wrecker heaven, so sad.
