Crank timing gear have any surface rust on inside? Nitto Rods and pistons (Nitto/JE) on prepped RB30 crank or go the 3.2 big kahuna I can put you in touch with Andrew from Nitto, if you'd like to talk to him. He's a mate and lives 10 mins up the road. He's very approachable and helpful with info. Ask about Nitto materials and design R&D it's incredible.

I bought Titan's R33 shell on Sat. Pulled rear subframe off painted in green Hammercote and started buying stuff for ground up beast build.

Mine is a T66 ceramic roller bearing Turbonetics it's a Q trim F1 wheel which is the biggest they fit for T66. I have kept exhaust housing small for spool up. It has a dual fuel system too - three rocket switch panel hidden inside centre console. Meth tank and twin 044 plus surge in boot and a seperate Walbro in regular tank for 98 fuel. A lot of the details are hidden.
