33 has a technically superior front end suspension setup.
However, I chose R32 just because I like their look and feel better. And liking a car is more important than outright speeds I think.
It's my understanding they don't just use a basic stroke test but rather a "ballooon" method whereby they measure he entire volume of the pot at BDC prior to a compression stroke.
Stuff messing about wwith aftermarket turbos and stuff. There's enough choice out there to just find something with a nice "factory seal". Modding an already 3/4 worn out car doesn't make sense to me. Certainly not when your priority should be reliability when hundred of kays from home.
yes yes yes, I know everyone's things have all been awesome and never let them down yadda yadda. But there is NOTHING quite like a factory done job.
Good on ya Damo. It really is a team effort and for that you should be proud.
To have a "can do" guy like yourself sitting beside him is be a huge leg up during those times when the shit hits the fan.
Apology accepted
And just quietly, how awesome is the old bugger Beable going! You've still got it Jeff! Cracking time up over Rossarden. Still hard to keep a good RB26 down
Keep up the great work everyone.
Ummmm, I'd probably install one of the millions of readily available oil to air cooler kits that are available.
Some also come with a remote oil filter mount, making it easier to change your oil.
What happened with Ben and Damo?!?! Dropped about a minute over The Sideling!?
Come on lads, you can make up the time through Longford! Time deductions for skids!?
Benji, I'm feeling for all of you down there mate. My condolences go out to the entire rallying community and loved ones. A sad day.
On the up side, you and Damo are having a great run mate. Keep up the excellent effort.
Say hi to all for me!
lol, evidently he did
Steve and Bernie are using Nagg's R35. Steve has co-driven the car previously.
Rullo just has no luck with that thing..... I do rate how he always seems to keep on smiling though! It does have lots of grunt!
Sounds promising!
Is the the hitch "tongue square" or the ball/trailer that's noisy? A bit of fiddling can get rid of a lot of that.
Bolt/nut for the hitch square to take the slop out, and tighten the trailer hitch adjustment over the ball.
Very good economy!
