Hi SAU I have an r34 GT coupe without a spoiler and was going to buy one... just wondering the exact position i sohuld mount it to look ... well good ! So how many cm from the tip of the boot to the back of the bottom mounting section! (if you know what i mean) THanks for any help!

What colours the car?

Well i found out that it doesnt come up on the ACTUAL shift letters next to the gear shifter but it SHOULD come up next to the speedo as well as the number under it if in tiptronic... if not i guess check fuses and bulbs?

Mine was a champagne red or somethign ? They ddnt have tungsten so i chose this and it looks GREAT! (although dad touched it whilst putting in the cigar jack and left a mad mark )

I realised that my r34 gt (stock height but big rims and tyres) was scrubbing in the rear when i had a passanger (around 80kg or so) in the back seats. Is it normal that it would scrub with STOCK HEIGHT/ STOCK SUSPENSION? Obviously my friend being in the back seat lowered the car a bit and made it scrub but it seems abnormal to happen at stock height! Guards are not rolled I attatched a photo of my car so you guys can check out the height / wheel size to see what the problem might be :S

Thanks for the essay i see you reply to every economy thread! haha Well firstly i havent had the car long enough and havent fueld and measured accurately but the previuos owner did say 250km. But at the rate its going now im thinking itll go over 300km on the tank. (very rough) As for the granny driving i was going really slow! It would take ages to reach 60 . And also the thermostat or whatever has no issues car warms up in like 2 minutes But i gotta admit. The only trips we do are short. Generally 10-20 min drives. So if that plays a big role, then maybe its that!. but ill definitely check into the wheels, and do a more accurate measure of my economy when i can!

Well its definately not the driver since i was trying to keep it under 2k rpm expect for the occasional times where i gave it a bit But from the previous owner , he says it hasnt been serviced since SEPTEMBER!. almost a year... so hopefully ill get it servided soon! thanks for ur replies!

Also i dont tink the car has been serviced for a while (need to do it asap!) does that affect fuel economy NOTICEABLY ?

So reading about O2 sensors it seems that it is almost always the issue with fuel consumption! I am also experiencing bad consumption on my (RB25DE neo) getting probably 300 km per tank (not accurate but somewhere around that) But i also read that an old/not working O2 sensor makes the car run rich. I dont think my car is running rich because theres NO smell at all of fuel, no misfires, no bangs (stock exhaust though) So i was wondering... does that mean my O2 sensor is fine and i should check other things ?? Is it an expensive problem to fix ? Lets sya it was a broken engine mount! but it seems that it doesnt affect anything too bad. Would it be alright to just leave it?

Got an r34 auto and when i switch gear from parking to reverse, and from reverse to drive, the whole car shakes (once) Reading from google it seems like i have a broken engine mount ? Can someone confirm this :S Thanks in advance

So they ONLY light up on the dash ? its jst ive never seen an auto car where it doesnt light up on the actual numbers lols

I was wondering if the letters next to the tiptronic gear shifter (1 2 3 D N R P) are meant to light up ? Just because mine doesnt seem to light up and thought maybe it doesnt because its on the dash! thanks in advance
