  1. best performance for the c210/c211 is s13 coilovers for the front suspension, including the hub and lower control arm. this also make r32 brakes a breeze. for the rears, use s13 rear coilovers, but you will need to make a plate for the top to strengthen the tower, because you will need to re drill the top mounting pattern. dont let this put you off though, its not as hard as it sounds. or for a cheap ooption, have a look on import monster for some c210 specific stuff from japan. cheers Jason
  2. 18's are too big for a C210, 17s are about as big as you want to go, but he's right on the money with 16x8

  8. your should get a better response on nissansilvia mate, they allow you to bolt an rb in without it hitting the bonnet. not many people want skyline crossmembers for skylines. cheers Jason
  9. i dont know the exact year of the engine, but its from an R33 GT-R. just a stock gt-r bay with pod filters. if you really want pics of the bay i'll take them, but theres nothing pretty to look at. here's a crappy engine bay pic http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index....t&id=682286
  10. Rwd mate, and it doesnt need an engineers cert, just inform DOT of the engine number change. in queensland at least, where the car is registered. cheers Jason

  13. Good luck mate, a guy passed through about a year and a half ago, buying every c210 he could get his hands on. he started in townsvill he reckoned. and was making his way to adelaide. they were all being shipped to adelaide, stirpped down to shells to save weight and sent to Saudi arabia. true story. he bought my two sight unseen and would have taken the third had i not sent it to scrap the week before(it was crashed) but seriously, i hope you find one. i really wish i never sold mine. cheers Jason
  14. Dropped again to 23k..... engine has fresh timing belt, fan belts, water pump, and oil pump. vehicle k's are just over 100 thou, engine k's are about the 50 thou mark
  15. all sorted mate, no need now....turns out it was a dirty connection on the ecu plug. hasnt done it since. thanks Jason
  16. i'll have to check that it is compatible first, i'll get back to you. its an r33 gt-r engine, but its in an r34 sedan. thanks Jason
  17. right, so i have this intermittent problem with the R34, after start up,cylinder 5 stops firing. entirely. then after 15-20mins warmup it starts again. then its fine, until the next day. now, ive changed the coilpacks, igniter, spark plugs, injector and checked the injector pulse feed, and it seems to be fine, even when the problem is there. the only thing i have not swapped( for testing purposes) is the ecu. i just need to plug it in, and start it, i'll know within 30seconds whether its the ecu that was the problem. anyone got one i can try? cheers Jason
