10w-60 castrol edge is the oil summers told me to use. It's good stuff, I used it it my WRX too.

I've got 7.5 liters here. 10w-60. Not going to use it as I've changed oils.

GT Garage does my car, Nick does a really good job. If I were up north though I'd be looking at Confidyne or Boost Automotive thought, depending on which is closer, I've heard good things about both.

For those who are interested and don't follow me on facebook I'll give you a little update to my pledge. I've stopped buying & Drinking Beer, fkn hardest thing I've ever had to do. But I've saved a tonne of cash and I'm feeling heaps better. motocross is dead Makes me sad but doing skids is more important right now. My starting weight was 125kilos and now I'm down to 90 kilos. So making pretty good progress there, only down side is my Sparco evo 3 doesn't fit me anymore and a slop around in it all the time and I'm even further away from the seat because my back fat was propping me up! hahaha. So yeah, that's all going well I'd like to say it's helped with driving but I can't be sure. I know I'm better than I've ever been now but why? We'll never know...
