    If you don't know for sure that it has been done, Change the oil in the Box. Coming from a dealer is in No Way a guarantee it has been changed or even filled to the correct level. I put Nulon Semi-Synthetic 75W-90 Smooth Shift in mine and it smoothed it out nicely.
