  1. Such a similar setup to mine that I'm gonna say yes. That will work, no problems.
  2. In my post above, 2nd pic, thing on the far right in the tank near all the pretty coloured wires.
  3. From forsale section. ------------> http://www.skylinesa...__fromsearch__1
  4. You could well be onto something. Looks and sounds about right to me. Good luck.
  5. Halfway is normal. But if it helped you find an issue, bonus.
  6. Had a good look over it and found no other writing. Maybe under the mount brackets? Excuse me while I quickly whip out my Noob but, to take it off, do I need to jack the car up? or just unbolt it? FOC Sticker aye? I think I can afford that. Maybe it's always been a Cucso Brace afterall ! lol. Thanks Sin.
  7. I'm guessing it is a filter to potentially stop crud getting where it shouldn't. I guessed wrong. If that line is for the boost sensor,Find the correct line, pull it off the sensor, put the T in it, attach a short hose to the T and reconnect it to the sensor, attach another hose to the other part of the T and attach that hose to your new gauge. Dones. No need to cut anything.
  8. Wooshing from the tank is normal. Consider relocating the canister rather than removing it as the authorities will slap you hard if they catch you without it.
  9. This^^^ You T into the hose, 1 part then goes into the stock sensor / sender, the other hose goes to your new gauge. Piece of pie !!! I mean cake.
  10. Checked Whiteline & Ultrex out, it does look similar in some ways. Not a smooth polished finish like the Whitelines but it is potentially 16 years old. It seems to touch slightly on the bonnet liner which has scuffed the sticker a bit, maybe I'll just paint it black. Interested to know what it really is though.
  11. Greetings all. Just wondering if anyone can tell me what my Strut Brace is. Not sure if it is anything special or just a brace. I believe it was on the car when imported. Thanks in advance. Rob.
  12. Not sure if R34 is the same as R33 but... In this pic, the Blue lines indicate the hose going to the boost sensor (Black box circled in Red) which sends the signal to the stock boost gauge. The Yellow arrow is pointing at the Tee piece I put in which goes to a Cheapo Boost gauge. This way both the stock gauge and the aftermarket gauge both work. Reminds me I should replace that crappy bit of clear hose I have there. Hope this helps.
  13. My car has R32 10 psi actuator and R34 SMIC. I get 10 psi all day, If it's lean well it hasn't gone bang yet, never freaks out R&R style either. Just do it. If it doesn't like it, change it back.
  14. Stock looking Black R32 on Florey Drv 8pm ish? Silver de-badged R34 GTT with perhaps carbon bonnet? and Nismo style stripes on rear quarters at Kippax 9pm ish?
  15. I was thinking this also... BBQ for the social side but perhaps a bit of a cruise at some stage would be sweeeet. I've always wanted to checkout the various dams around Canberra. ie. Googong, Corin, Bendora, Cotter etc... Any Keensters???
  16. Get scotty nm35 to make you one. You will not regret it. Scotty's Customs:
  17. Blart http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=blart
  18. I've been considering trying to get a small Nautical Compass to fit in there so I can Navigate my boat more easily. But as Terry suggested, maybe just try the fuse for the moment.
